I've been here several times. They seem to have everything I want, however, I needed assistance finding an item. I asked a floor rep who was busy doing nothing. I asked where I could find the item I wanted and in a rude voice directed me to the opposite side of the store. I went there, could not find the item, and was find it was back to the other side of the store. I went there, same problem, not there I saw a rep walking by and politely tried asking her a question. She replied, "I'm on my damn lunch break and don't answer questions." I don't tolerate rudeness on that level. I had arms full of merch I was doing to buy, I set them down and left the store. Why should I do business there? If they hate their jobs, get new employees.

My order was not ready to be picked up after receiving an email that it was. I had to go get the stuff myself off the shelf. What a complete waste of my time.

My local Target is normally well stocked, clean and organized. It also has a Starbucks inside which accepts payment by Target app and Target card.

On January 3rd at about 10:35pm at the Target located in Torrance behind Del Amo Mall. I walked in hoping to exchange my babies owlet as its brand new in box & saw Amazon is having a sale right now for an owlet sock & camera bundle.I got helped from multiple people who had me waiting for about 10-15 minutes as they were looking for the key to unlock it. That was completely fine as I saw there sense of urgency, they asked me to head up front as they couldn’t find it & ask customer service. At around 10:52pm Me & my husband went up to the front counter of returns and exchanges. Where a white female with black glasses on her head & tattoos on her arm was sitting behind the counter (no name tag) My husband had asked her if she could help us and if she knew anything about someone grabbing the keys. She immediately came off hostile and irritated. I understand it’s then end of the day & people want to go home. Unfortunately if you’re on the clock you don’t speak to people how ever you want because you’re irritated. She told him “people are looking for it still.” & he asked her if he knew how long it would take as we had been waiting for a while and I’m pregnant. I had already walked up at that point as I heard the tone in her voice I asked her “do you know where the manager is?” She said “they are looking for it to, you guys need to wait. i don’t know where they’re at. it’s not my department.” I was immediately taken back & that’s where I have an issue. There was no reason for the attitude. As much as she was irritated with us asking her for help even after someone on the team told us to go ask up front it wasn’t our fault that the keys were not able to be found. I told her “I’m not asking you to grab me the item, I’m asking for your manager.” She rolled her eyes and said “well they’re looking for the damn keys.”I already knew that exchanging the item with her was going to be uncomfortable and truthfully I don’t really have the energy to entertain someone who obviously doesn’t care about customer relations when I’m already pregnant. Me & my husband went back to the department where a team member from electronics helped us and found the key. He said “you guys are still waiting? Let me try.” & was able to grab it. He did tell us we had to go back up front to get price matched & exchange the item. So we headed back up, where the same lady was. She told me “if it comes up in my system then I’ll go ahead and price match it.” You could tell she did not want to help us. I went ahead and read targets policy, for Amazon price match. I don’t know if it was bitterness or what. She took about 3 minutes on the phone and let us know she was not gonna price match it for us. At that point I was already irritated myself with her attitude and the situation itself. All that time wasted finding a key to tell me she was going to price match it for me out of spite. She wasted my time & the team’s time. & now an inconvenience to the store management as I’m writing a complaint where it could have all been avoided. All I wanted was to exchange my baby’s product and get a good deal. There was no need to have an attitude. I didn’t even mind that I had to wait for the keys to be found because I was just excited about the deal. I know this behavior is not apart of targets culture.

I understand that the holidays can be a stressful time for employees, I myself have worked in customer service industry for over 12 years. Believe me, I GET IT. But the experience I just had was absolutely beyond bizarre and I truly think something is wrong with this employee. His name was Nathan and he was working at the first checkout aisle. I got no greeting, but I said hi! How are you? No response. I chalked it up to him possibly not hearing me and said, man it's crazy in here! No response. I said "good chat" lol. He stopped halfway through checking out my items, still not saying a word, pointed to the rest of my things. I only had like 10 items in total. He said, are these yours too? I said yes, is there a problem? And he said "let's not talk about it". WTF? I said out loud I am so confused right now. The lady behind me started laughing and told me I wasn't crazy, she saw the whole thing. He finishes and the option on his screen to ask me if I want to sign up for the red card comes up, but he doesn't ask me. He just looks at me and points at the screen. I stood there waiting, not going to answer a question he didn't ask me. It was a minute before I finally said no I don't want to sign up. He clicked no. I used a gift card that he ripped out of my hands, then didn't tell me my remaining balance. Just sat there waiting for me to use my card while he stared off into the distance. He handed me my receipt without a word. It was like a zombie in the twilight zone. I know this doesn't sound as crazy as it felt, but I left absolutely bewildered. I also realized that prior to this he was in line behind me at Starbucks in the store standing literally 5 inches away from me, I tried to scoot up but he got close again. I don't know, I think something is off with this guy and that he works in the wrong industry if he's so visibly unhappy around people and has zero social awareness, let alone a little kindness. I come to this target all the time, and have NEVER left feeling so frustrated!

We were surprisingly impressed and glad to come across a very friendly and helpful cashier at this Target. Maya helped us to easily navigate the Target app, get discounts, etc, all while maintaining a very warm and engaging attitude. Cashiers are often the face of a company, and she represented this locale impeccably. Please hire more lik

I absolutely LOVE Target's product lines these days! I really like the MUSH overnight oats that I'm always able to find each week! They have a variety of flavors which is awesome!I also am SUPER EXCITED about the Ghetto Gastro Pancake & Waffle Mix that I found here! I had been looking for an all-natural pancake and waffle mix that only contained ingredients that I could read and knew what they were. The Ghetto Gastro line of mixes (Sweet Potato, Original, and Strawberry) have all natrual ingredients, and the final pancake and waffle product is DELICIOUS!!!I'm so happy that Target carries this product! I HIGHLY recommend Target for your shopping needs! You just never know what small-business type product you may find!

I went to the Target store in Torrance last night. I needed to pick up the water filters for my Kelug coffee machine.Their parking lot was huge, so I didn'thave a problem finding a parking space. When I walked inside of the store, it wasvery cleaned, and it was decorated with the Halloween stuff. Theyhad a hugh sale on Halloween items.I bought groceries which were steak, fruits, low-fat yogurt, eggs, loaf of bread & and almond milk.Target food prices were good price. And they had a lot of special sale.I liked the price of the distilled vinegar. One gallon was only $3.99, which wasthe best price. The Target store is the franchise store.and they have different locations. Each Target store has the difference.I have been to three different Targetstores near my home, and I like this Torrance Target. They offeredmore selections of products. The storeis big and clean, and they have goodcustomer service, too.

Needed a tire mounted for a Kaboo scooter (6.5" rim). They were able to get it done fairly quickly at a decent price! Called 4 other shops that turned the work down! Owner is down to earth and very knowledgeable and friendly!!!

The complete and utter disregard for customer service in this store is pathetic. To top that off they've now shut down the self checkout lines until 9:00 a.m. this is ridiculous. Having to wait in line instead of being able to utilize the self-service checkout is absolute disregard for customer service.
