Worst experience ever!!! My partner & I went for our first time to this location and let me say we REGRET IT. Floors were very dirty with trash , tables weren’t even wiped customers had to ask for a wipe to clean it themselves !!! Customer service completely sucked as well we didn’t feel welcomed and the girl who attended us didn’t give us a good customer service . It felt completely off going we never will go to this location ever again so dirty and poor attitude !!

I wasn't pleased. I thought I'd try something different and the person at the register wasn't any help and I had mentioned that I needed a minute to look on the menu . So instead of just standing there for more than 5 mins I took a gamble and ordered #1 combo to go. The order was fast and my food was hot. That was the best part. But I wasn't happy with my drink selection after having the burger. I read you can rate your experience online and win free burgers but I think I'm done after this visit. The burger wasn't great with the drink selection of my choice which was the passion fruit with tangerine juice. It didn't go down well so I didn't finish. Not the experience that I wanted.

I like ordering off the app and picking up in store. The best part of habit is their chili bar. Their fries/onion rings/ green beans are always crispy even when I get back home. My company actually had a habit truck at work and everything was really good (and they had their chili bar).

First off, I commend the shift manager that was working on the day of my visit. She kept the restaurant in order while several groups of high school students were running around and yelling inside. Additionally, she helped and assisted a lady using a walker. She told her, "don't worry, I'll bring your meal to you. What do you want to drink?" I ordered chicken salad which was huge! It lasted me 2 days. I'm curious if they made it extra large because I commented to the manager on her professionalism. In fact, it seemed like the manager kept an eye on her team while all the ruckus was going on to keep them calm.

Ok, spoiler alert. Im going to compare my total experience at The Habit to my experience with In-N-Out. Let's start with the moment you enter the place. At The Habit, you can instantly place your order at the Kiosk. No lines, no waiting and no rush to place your order. You can tale your time looking at the menu before you send it off. You enter your cell phone number and they text you when your food is ready. If you get a meal, ask for your cup at the counter. No waiting for your food before you can enjoy a cold beverage. They call your name when your order is ready. It is hot and fresh. The first thing I was happy to learn was that their french fries were not super skinny. They were just the right thickness to be crispy on the outside and have a hot, soft center. Almost like good steak fries but not as thick. Just right. Then, I took a bite of my double cheeseburger. The patties were similar to the fries. Not thin and lacking like In-N-Out patties. They were regular size. Juicy and fulfilling. The burger ingredients were fresh and tasty. The occasional pickle bite was delicious. I place The Habit as the burger joint to go to over any other burger joint. This was my best fast food experience in a long time. Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job. I'm coming back the next time I am out and about and hungry.

If I could give them, zero, stars, I would actually I would give them negative stars for their services. Absolutely horrible when you ordered from online website. Worst experience ever do not order from the website. I did not receive my shake when ordering from online was absolutely super difficult to get a hold of somebody to “help me” with this and in the end they couldn’t even deliver it to me. I had to go pick it up paid over $40 for this order was extremely not worth it!

This is the cleanest Habit burger I have ever seen. The food was fresh and exceptional, all the condiments and sides were also fresh. Very pleased. The manager was very polite and got the food out in a timely manner.
