I've been coming here since day one and it's always clean, friendly and very convenient distance from my house but lately the younger employees are so rude and unfriendly. And what's this new $2 tape packing charge for one strip on top of an Amazon box, that's ridiculous!! Definitely lost a customer today.

Loved the convenience of this store and how friendly everyone was until very recently. To the management, the new woman in her 20s you hired is rude, condescending and inflexible. $2 packing charge for a strip of tape to return something from Amazon? I'm here every single week giving you my business. Super disappointed.Everyone else here is great, but you should consider coaching her on customer service and how to interact with customers.

I go to the UPS Store on Artesia for all my printing, shipping, and notary services. They have convenient hours, a great location, and an efficient team. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be helped. I'm so glad they're a part of my neighborhood!

Excellent Service! I've been a customer for several years and have a mailbox here. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. They graciously help me if I can't carry a large box to my car. The store is clean and organized well. Overall great customer service and an excellent store!

I have been to this location twice and both times I have left frustrated and unable to accomplish what I sought out to do. All I got were excuses as to why they couldn't return a package or place a piece of tape on a box before I shipped it out. Unless, as others have noted, I bought a whole roll. The UPS store on Redondo Beach in Gardena has amazing customer service that goes above and beyond.

The Employee at the Torrance UPS Store #7386 was polite, courteous and very helpful. She helped with copying and mailing a large package.

All the team members were amazing, but a special recognition to John. He helped me when I was having a difficult time by assisting me through the return process..Not only was he friendly, but he seemed to genuinely care about me personally and my situation. A big thank you to John from Dawn Harmon. This UPS store is my home store because of the people that work there and the way they make you feel when you’re there.

This store is conveniently located and never crowded. The employees there are always extremely helpful and friendly.The Store is very clean and easy to find any supplies you are looking for.

The place is amazing! You won't be disappointed! There is nothing better than the customer service provided by the staff. The staff at the office are always very helpful. This is a great location. Having everything you need at your fingertips is a major plus. The PO Box at this location is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a pleasure to meet Jennifer and John. They are awesome people. This is a business I highly recommend to you. It is something you will not regret at all. Jennifer and John, I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided.

This is my go-to UPS store. The staff is super friendly and the owners are amazing. John and Jennifer helped me out on a situation regarding an international package. They called me to keep me updated on the delivery and made sure that the issue was taken care of. Amazing service and amazing people.

Hands down the best ups store in the area. Owners and staff are friendly, plenty of parking, new and clean facility. This location isn't heavily crowded with long waits like other ups stores. Have had one of the owners pack several heavy and fragile items that all arrived safely with no damage. Highly recommended.

I returned Amazon here. The owner of the store charged me for printing the return slip. It literally says on Amazon app, no return slip required when you return to ups store or kohls. Amazon needs to be aware that ups charging their customers. Ups trying to make money from both sides.

Made a phone call today trying to find out my shipment status.It was dropped off at this facility on 7/18 but showing no movement until now. I was concerned about delay in shipment due to recent UPS event or strike. This lady told me there's no strike and not happening yet, asking me to keep tracking it online...I meant the news is everywhere.....even thought is something out of your control but please provide a basic customer service or solution to your client.

Probably the worst shipping store I've been to. They refused to tape an Amazon return package. (One small box) I was forced to buy tape for $6. Bear in mind that the same roll of tape I can get for $2-3 on Amazon. I was baffled by the whole situation. Their response was "every UPS store is different". I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this UPS branch. They will try to nickel and dime you. I was planning on getting notary services from this branch, but I won't be coming back. This is a perfect example of how to not run a business.
