I was wary at first, sending a couple bottles in my collection half way across the country.
However dealing with TK Wine was straight forward and simple. Easy communication via email, fast and straight forward, answering my questions and best of all, GREAT value on pricing the bottles I sold.
I opted to receive a check for payment, TK Wine sent it expedited and with tracking. If I choose to sell more out of my collection again i'll be returning for sure.

I wanted to share my experience with TK Wine not because anyone has requested me to but because it's important to support businesses that are ethical, honest with their clients, and knowledgeable with their craft. This is going to be a long one but for those on the fence of using TK Wine this is for YOU.
I had never heard of TK Wine until my wife surprised me this past Christmas with a bottle of Screaming Eagle. Up until this point, my most expensive wine purchase was no where near that price range or caliber. My wife knew this bottle was my unicorn bottle and she splurged to give me a surprise. I say this because Charles from TK Wine was so patient and honest with her about the provenance of the bottle, whether it was the worth the purchase or not, and even taught her about wine on the phone. He could have treated her as just another prospective customer but he actually cared - a rarity in today's world. When I opened my Christmas surprise, and after the shock left my system, I asked how in the world she did it. It was Charles, through his guidance and patience, helped her secure the bottle and then took the time to teach her about it. VERY GRATEFUL TO HIM. She spoke so highly of her experience that I took the time to follow up with TK Wine and thank Charles over the phone. Without any sales pressuring, I placed an order of 12 more bottles - many of which I had never even heard of but trusted Charles to guide me - and he didn't let me down. They are AWESOME Napa Valley reds such as Scarecrow, M.Etain, The Maiden, and The Mascot. TK Wine is able to source amazing wine at affordable pricing to the customer.
Then, when it came to time to shipping, Callahan was able to get me my bottles insanely fast overnight FedEx. They were packaged with their care and the entire time he communicated with me. He even combined 2 orders of 6 into a single order to save me money and so that my bottles could all arrive at the same time.
You can trust Charles and Callahan to watch out for your best interest. They aren't in this to pressure you into making a purchase that isn't what you like. They genuinely are there to assist you in your wine journey. Mine just began and I am happy to have these two gents by my side helping me along the way!

Terrible experience. Be careful when you order online. Bottles arrived broken and they refused to do anything about it. Disgraceful!

Charles made this an absolutely seamless process. He was quick to offer a bid, send a label/clear instructions for sending my bottle, how to package it, and when I could expect payment.
