Love this place. You can tell a well run hotel by the friendliness and service ethic of everyone who works there. This place checks all the boxes! Highly recommended.

The gentleman at the front desk (C), spoke to my mother in a rude and passive tone. He also switched up what was required for booking. I have come here for years & never once had such an unpleasant experience. But I will not be returning and will escalate this as high up the corporate ladder that I can. Employees need to be training on de-escalating conflicts and providing solutions not further provoking guests.I also called to try to communicate to the Director of Rooms regarding the altercation and she said she could not disclose any details as this was not my reservation. She then got a tone and proceeded to provide me details regarding another guests reservation anyway. Policy is policy why are you disclosing information about guest?Wildly unprofessional. I am disgusted with behavior exhibited by people who are paid to provide quality guest experiences.

I stay at a lot of Marriott properties, and this just might be my favorite. Clean, fun, quality rooms, great location. Excellent spot.

My husband works from LA for a week each month, and I usually travel with him to visit my clients and work from the hotel grounds. It has taken us several tries to find the space that suits our needs, and this hotel often fits the bill. My favorite thing about this hotel is the restaurant staff. Jacqueline and Yen keep me company for breakfast and lunch, and the evening staff is equally friendly, albeit usually too busy to chat. Being sick and in a hotel is a special kind of hell, and when I've fallen ill, they have taken great care of me. Often, other remote staffers who work with my husband also stay here, so we end up with a small group of rooms. Several nights, we all met in the bar/restaurant for good food and excellent service. I have noticed over the years that the staff doesn't have a lot of turnover, which indicates they are treated well and that management is fair.

I attended a show at the Marriott. The lobby was spacious and clean. I can imagine a wedding party here quite easily.

Staff is untrained and repeat the same thing constantly. We booked a room under a wedding block and selected two queens online. Email receipt did not specify two queens. Instead it said king or queen. A month before the trip we called for clarification and were guaranteed two queens verbally. A day before the wedding we call to double check and suddenly they start saying that the two queens are not guaranteed but it should be okay. The next day we arrive after a 7 hour drive and upon check in they say there are no more queen beds and that we were never guaranteed. We could have adjusted our reservation a month ago when we called to confirm we could have adjusted our reservation or booked a different hotel. Instead we are stuck. Overall a very poor experience with untrained staff who just repeat the same thing over and over.

You lost another star. AC's barely work. Loud noises from building AC units on low floors. Fix the fire pit! Public areas could use some attention.Rooms: Could be cleaner.Walkability: Access to many chain restaurants.Food & drinks: Food is uninspired.

I always like staying at this hotel. Having a big mall and other superstores right across the street and a Hertz car rental inside the hotel is super convenient. The rooms look modern and are spacious, the bed is nice and soft. There’s one downside in this hotel that I can find: connecting your own device to the tv (like an iPad or Nintendo Switch) using an HDMI cable is an incredible challenge. The TV remote has the dedicated ‘input’ button, to select the HDMI port where you plugged in your device. Strangely enough though, this never -really never- works.Luckily there’s very friendly technical staff that came and helped me to connect my devices to the tv. Compliments to the staff. But the main problem should be fixed by the hotel: make connecting devices to the tv easy. If they don’t want that, then replace the remote with one that has no ‘input’ button.

While I understand things can happen from time to time, I have never stayed at a hotel without water being available for nearly 8 hours, and with no advanced notice other than being handed a sheet of paper to read AFTER I had checked in. Since I traveled most of the day, unfortunately I had an appointment right after my arrival and was unable to shower before the 10PM cutoff. And then to make matters worse, I was obviously put in a room that was near a construction zone that included loud bangs and incessant beeping noises that I could only assume was heavy equipment backing up. Why in the world this work was being completed throughout the night and not during the day is news to me. So in the end, the two nights I stayed there were neither restful or enjoyable. The one meal I had there in the bar (Fish & Chips) on Wednesday night was undercooked and took 50 minutes to arrive. No, this visit did not come anywhere near my expectations of Marriott.

This hotel has a mold infestation and a management staff that is inept and inefficient. I stayed for one night on the 17th of February, I was kept up the entirety of the evening and morning from a loud buzzing noise coming from the below building. while I laid there sleep deprived I noticed while the sun was shining that my comforter was soiled and not only that, infested with BLACK MOLD. your manager, Natalia Sanchez needs to be fired! she was rude and didn't even once issue any apology but instead told me to stop being disrespectful and that she was going to get security to help me fill out an incident report. Never once did I make any derogatory remark or swear or threaten her. When the security man did come around the corner, obviously the security man felt no present danger and she was forced to come back to the front desk and deal with her management situation by herself. I didn't know being upset about potential mold poisoning equated to me attacking this inept woman. attached are the photos of my discovery. A full refund is the least that they should be worried about. I made a point to warn other guests and business people at your hotel of Marriott's dirty little secrets. You can get extremely sick with black mold poisoning and you are literally putting a sheet of black mold over your body as you (try to) sleep. I expect for Marriot to reach out as I am already in the process of contacting the health department. I'm never the person to try and say my business matters but I have been a member for over three years and have spent thousands of $ staying at your hotels. You need new housekeeping and management staff ASAP. I'll make sure to generate these photos on all social media platforms and possible news outlets if this matter is not taken seriously. Do NOT stay here.
