I don't leave reviews typically but this company absolutely was terrible and I can't let other people get scammed by them. I took my kids iPad in back in 2021 to ubreakifix and the store shut down for a year and a half and I couldn't get it back. So I had to purchase a new iPad because the company closed down and there was no way to get it back. Fast-forward to Summer 2023 and it's open under a new name Asurion and they still have my iPad. I go into retrieve it and bring my New iPad. I brought in my new iPad at the same time which was having battery problems. They refuse to fix it and tell me I have to get the family insurance plan and it'll save me a ton of money. Sure enough like a sucker I sign up and have to wait 45 days to file a claim. I filed the claim 70 days after signing up and was denied. I asked why and they said it was a pre-existing issue. But this is only because that is what the store told me to do. I called the store, and the woman was rude and speaking over me and basically blaming me and telling me they were just trying to save me money. Then I filed a claim on another iPad that I've never taken there or anywhere else and it was also denied. I call and ask why and it was because they said I took it in there three years earlier. Granted, the iPad is two years old and have never taken it in anywhere for repair. I explain this, I have to take photos of every iPad I have side-by-side, all of the model numbers of every iPad I own, etc. etc. I submit the claim and get denied. I call and they tell me they have it figured out. Then I get denied again. This happens again and again and again and again.I get denied 10 times in a row over 2 months before I finally give up and cancel membership and the $29 per month that I had paid up to that point. I had to buy 2 new iPads for my kids, because this company was just scamming us and taking our money. You have been warned... Do not waste your time or money under any circumstances with these clowns. Complete scam.

Had a problem with connection with Sony Playstation best buy, geek squad didn't want to touch it. Called u break it and they said to bring it down. Drop it off and pick it up a few days later.

Their screen protector bubbled 2 weeks after they replaced it on my device. I called them and was quickly told there's no warranty or that my phone was probably not flat enough?!? I've had good experiences with other UbIF, but I would avoid this location.

Valery was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in dealing with my problematic phone! She went beyond to help me and she is wonderful and really nice to talk to. She made me feel important that my phone issue will be taken cared of.I definitely recommend their place for repair.

I came in to get a quote on my son's iPad mini 5 screen that he decided to break and is now grounded for, and Valerie provided me with incredible customer service! She not only gave me the best quote that I've received, but introduced me to their insurance program as well. Valerie was very knowledgeable and kind, and even carefully removed my son's iPad from the OtterBox case for me. Thank you, Valerie!

The service was good. The employees were polite and efficient. However, the price was higher than I was told verbally. I saw the price initially given to me didn't include tax. There were no guarantees as too how long the service would keep the cell phone working correctly. I was told this by employee who made me sign to agree to this. I understand that the company must protect itself when fixing used merchandise. But a 30-day guarantee would have made me give the company 5 stars and made me more comfortable as a first-time customer. It would have made me more likely to return in the future. Zero days is not reasonable for a consumer.

I came in at 11:30AM. I was not properly greeted by the employee. I was told that my repair time would be 2-4 hours and it was MUCH longer. However, I mentioned this and the staff gave me a discount for my pain and suffering and having to wait. Now that’s good customer service

You could not ask for a better service experience. I called and received an estimated price based upon my description of the screen being black (subject to change) and was told I could bring the phone in that evening.When I arrived the technician confirmed the problem indicated that he had the parts in stock and that the phone would be ready the next day. He asked for an alternate contact number in case he had questions and my email address.The next day he called to say that the phone was repaired, but that he needed my gesture code to run additional diagnostics. An hour later, I received both a text message on the alternate number and an email indicating that My phone was ready for pickup.Pickup was easy and he made a recommendation to assure that my phone was backed up in case of a future problem and walked me to the proper setting to set this up.All in all, a 5 star experience.

Was told I'd get a diagnosis within 48 hours, but even after 48 hours did not geet any response. Had to call technician and insist on a response soon before the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I appreciate the quick service but I wish I didn't have to escalate the matter in the first place.

My brand new galaxy flip 5 had screen issues. Took it to this shop and who repaired it for me within 3-4 hours. Throughout the process, I was connected to their repair technician, Valery, who helped me get a Samsung promotional discount to lower the cost. Employees are very friendly and helpful. 5/5 customer service. Very easy to call and talk too.
