I have had a PO Box at this location for over 40 years the staff Is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I know that all my mail and packages are 100% secure keep up the great work!

Ryan was really patient in helping me with a complicated print order on the fly. I could tell he was focused on giving excellent customer service to everyone in the store. The other employee present was also positive and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. I receive kind, professional, and timely service every time. KATIE is especially amazing!
I send packages to family on the other side of the country every holiday. Katie always helps me package everything up and gets them on their way quickly and efficiently.
She also helped me with my passport photo in 2023. I went in today to ask if there was any way to retrieve and reprint that photo (long shot) She took the time to look through the old camera, found it, and printed it out! It really meant a lot to me.
There is another gentleman in there who is also very knowledgable and helpful. And last but not least, the manager Kelly I believe is her name. She is always running around, organizing, helping customers, answering questions, and doing three or four things at once lol.
Thank you all so much. It’s nice to have a place like this that you are comfortable going to and that you can trust.

Shout out to Ryan! This place has great customer service. I live in Pedro and avoid them because they aren’t even close to the way I feel treated here. I had the worst Amazon return experience, and this location made it easier.
