This used to be not only a convenient place to drop off packages but a very nice and helpful staff. It appears to have changed hands recently and the people working there are NOT NICE and not helpful, very rude and condescending. Don't expect a smile. Why work somewhere that you hate people so much? I'll be taking my packages elsewhere from now on.

Rude staffs (8/2/25 10a). They don’t take the boxes from you; they tell you where to put them, even told you to close the door behind you.

Two men workers are extremely rude especially the one with beard. They seem to be more rude to women than to men.
Don’t recommend go somewhere else if you can.
