I stopped by this UPS Store, confused about how to return an Amazon item. Thankfully, Ben was there to help me out. I had no idea what I was doing, but he walked me through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and made it super easy. He was patient and professional. I will be returning to this store.

Dropped off a prepaid package to be sent out and they never sent it. I mistakenly didn’t keep the receipt because I’ve never had this problem with a UPS before. Probably stole my package because I called back and they said there was no tracking number. Anyways now I cannot receive a refund as I don’t have proof it was scanned in or shipped. Shady business and will never return.

Call in about live scan service and pricing. The guy that answered the phone failed to tell me that I need an appointment to get one. Made me drive here for no reason and then lady at front didn’t want to help with an empty store

I come here all the time and there is good consistency with customer service no matter who is helping me. It’s a great little store and I appreciate them sometimes I’ve been feisty in there and they still are nice to me.

Very slow and unprofessional service. The store is poorly managed and that is clearly demonstrated by their totak lack of respect for people time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

A few months ago ago , I brought an Amazon return of a guitar to this location and unfortunately didn’t bother getting a receipt. The package never arrived to Amazon and in fact was never scanned into their system. When I confronted them at the” UPS store” location, of course they didn’t believe me. I put the label on myself so I know it couldn’t have fallen off. So I went to the nearest UPS hub , which is the real UPS as opposed to the (fake)UPS store which is just a franchise in case you didn’t know. I am now out the cost of the guitar because neither Amazon or UPS has any record of it being returned .When I mentioned my suspicion to the manager of the actual UPS facility that one of the employees at the UPS store might’ve stolen the guitar, he agreed that that was the most likely explanation. He also mentioned that there was a big problem with missing packages from many of the local UPS stores . In any case, the take away is don’t ever..ever ..ever drop something off at one of the “UPS” stores without getting the receipt and keeping it someplace safe!
