“Getting a car serviced is never seen as being a pleasant way to send a day but here is one exception to this rule. I started booking an appointment online but was unsure of the services i needed so called the dealership. The call was answered by a most knowledgeable and helpful service adviser that prescribed exactly what I needed for my car.
On the appointed day I drove to my appointment, was greeted by my service advisor, checked in and given a ride home. After three or so hours when the service was done, I received a call and brought back to the shop. Five minutes later I drove off in my freshly serviced automobile. Honestly, this was a pleasant experience. Just don't know of another way of putting this.”
“Exceptional service. We worked with Tarek while trading in our car for another one. He was nothing short of great. Very nice, helpful, and overall made the process feel smooth.
We ran into a hiccup (technical issue) and he did his absolute best and worked really hard while working on a fix. And he was able to come through. Nothing that was his fault in particular.
