Very disappointed. They have open the kiosk to buy the shipping label but purposely closed the drop box on Saturday. This happened the last 3 weekends. I always drop 2 boxes every Saturday after buying the label there. The place pick up on Saturday is until 5pm same as lobby hours where the box drop box is located. They should not do that.

Usps north torrance trying to steal or hold my package. They said they couldnt access my house, but i saw the usps courier deliver me letter mail at my mail box but never dropped the usps package (the same day it says out for delivery, and they marked it couldnt access). Filed an investigation they told me it requires a signature upon delivery. Well im at home to give signature. Went to pick it up at the usps facility and they are giving me a hard time, gave them ID and receipt of the package but still asking nonsense like utility bills. After a few moment they gave up and just gave me the package ? usps north torrance the shady and The worst.

On Saturday August 5th the mail person came to my door . My door was open and I was said I was coming. She took my mail. I had to run after her. She said I was in a hurry. All she had to do is say mail and leave it on the porch if the door is open. She was rude

The lady that attended me helped me out with awesome customer service. Was there for less time than expected and helped me ship a package quick!

Don’t normally write reviews but it’s been constant bad experiences at this post office. The staff is rude and condescending, plus they’re always out of priority shipping boxes and tell you to get them online… I go to this usps office because it’s down the block from my place but this was the last time.

Never had a bad experience here as of yet. One of the more pleasant post offices in my opinion.

My mail continually gets stolen out of my PO Box here. I am missing several pieces of mail that shows up on informed delivery but never makes it to my PO Box.

I needed to go to the post office and this was the closest one to where I was at the time. I saw the rating and still figured I'd give it a go. Worst case scenario, I would just go to a different post office. However, I had a great experience here. Very few people, parking was easy, and when I went inside; there was no line. Are you kidding me!!! That's incredible! I did go in the morning, so I don't know if that was a contributing factor. There were two women working and both were great; friendly and ready to assist! I just needed to drop off a prepaid package and the woman who was helping me, gave me clear directions (where to drop it off) and was super polite and thorough.

I don't write reviews very often but felt the incident that occurred today at the Post Office on Crenshaw in Torrance warranted this review. I had used the self service Kiosk to purchase a priority overnight label and then affixed the label to my package. I then walk over to the open door to inquire where overnight priority packages should be placed for mailing. A lady by the name of RayVaughn who I come to find out later is the supervisor responds in the most unpleasant manner, "This package is probably going to be sent back to you..." I'm looking at her in utter confusion waiting for further explanation but none is given. So I asked her why... She then proceeds to answer in the most condescending tone, "You do realize there is no address on your label right?!" I look at the label that the machine had printed and I see that it's incorrect. So I walk back to the kiosk and stuck my hand up the a** of the machine to pull out the correct label that should have been on my package. At this point I'm beyond frustrated because it's like pulling teeth to get any help from the employees at this particular post office. As I'm relabeling my package RayVaughn steps out of her office and I tell her that the machine and surrounding area needs attention because there are incorrect labels in the machine. And like a juvenile, she points fingers and accuses me of throwing the labels on the floor and completely ignores the kiosk. RayVaughn's disdain for her place of employment is apparent in the way she treats her customers and the rest of the staff mimic her unpleasantness. She has absolutely no business as the role of supervisor. As the old adage goes, "A fish rots from the head down..."

Inept and rude staff - even more than the normally brain-dead post office staff.

Dorothy is our carrier and has been for the past 20 years. She pays attention to detail. The names on the mail, she knows us and looks out for us. I remember one time a package came for my child to the post office after she had already been here. This was a day or two before christmas, she went out of her way to make sure my kiddo got it before Christmas. Friendly lady. She is more part of the family then a service person. Thank you Dorothy !
