Julian absolutely knows his stuff! He answered all our questions and helped us to get the best equipment and plan for us. We only wish the store had more equipment in stock. We got the only two iPhone 15 Pro Max 512gb phones they had immediately available.

He didn't seem to want to help by smoking outside. Just saying "I can't do it" is enough.
I went to another store and the issue was resolved immediately.

Deceptive, unprofessional, manipulative and sells you things you do not need or request. Salesman indicated items were free then he charges the credit card.

I'm a Verizon customer. I came in to inquire about upgrading to a newer phone. I was first in line and there were two customer service people. When one customer left, the customer service person helping him went over to help the other service person. I waited for over 10 minutes before asking if they could help me with a quick question. I was told yes, we'll be right with you. Another 5 minutes and I left. This makes me want to switch to a different carrier. If Verizon can't provide good in person service, I don't need to pay the premium they charge because their coverage isn't exactly exceptional either.

Very sketch. Julian said that because my wife is getting a pro, then they will include a bundle of the charger and case and that we would just pay 350$ in taxes. it turned out to be they’re charging us for the bundle and it’s not just taxes. False advertisement!!!! And when we were there was another customer complaining of false advertisement so please beware!!! Ask to read the fine print before you purchase anything.

This is the worst store I have ever been to! They cannot do simple refunds on an order if you buy something and want to return it. I upgraded and ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on Verizon's website and had the option to pick it up at this location. It was a free upgrade if you trade in your old phone with a 2 year contract. On 12/8 I pick it up, but decided I didn't want to keep it, so I returned it on 12/11 since there is a 30 day refund option. The store said I will get a full refund minus a $50 re-stocking fee. I assumed this was a done deal, but the store never completed the refund! On my next billing cycle it shows that I still have the phone and I didn't send in my current trade in phone, so Verizon bills me the full price for the phone. I return to the store in early January to get this settled, they said they will follow through and the refund will be applied in a couple days, but it never happens. I return to the store again and get sent on a wild goose chase trying to locate the manager that handles the PCH location and the Hawthorne Blvd location. I must of visited these 2 stores 6-8 times, not to mention calling Verizon's 611 and being on the phone for an average of 1-2 hours each phone call trying to just get a simple refund. I would've just called them so I don't waste my time driving to the stores, but when you call the store directly the call gets sent to a Verizon customer service center, not the actual store. I filed an incident report on 1/11 with Cam, the assistant manager. She said she will follow up as it will take a few business days for the refund to apply. The refund never happens and she never calls me back. I visit the store again a few days later and spoke with manager Esmeralda. She said it is out of their hands and I need to speak with Verizon 611 order support in order to resolve the refund issue. So I call 611 order support (for 2.5hrs), escalated the issue to a Verizon complaint manager, they called the store to sort out the issue. They told the store they are obligated to resolve issue since they accepted the phone for refund AND collected a re-stocking fee of $50. Esmeralda the manager finally work on it and my refund finally comes on 1/29. It should not take 2 months and 6-8 visits to a store (and hours on several phone calls) to get a refund when returning a product! Any other store will refund you instantly or within a day when you return a product. I should have known since this is a 3rd party store of Verizon and is independently owned/managed. I will never return to this store again!

Do not go to this store! It is a Victra store, not Verizon. They will lie to you to make a sale and cost you a lot of extra money. It is impossible to call the store directly or to speak to a manager. They will charge you fees for setting up your phone even if they don't, e-sim fees which Verizon does not charge, and for activation. They will tell you that if you purchase from the store they can waive some fees but then they charge it through your bill instead. They should not be allowed to use the Verizon name.

The employees leave out a lot of information when explaining the plans and deals. I was told the one-time charge can be waived via phone, but when I called I was told it can only be waived in person. Don’t bother making an appointment. They will not keep it. This store does not have a phone number. You get directed to their customer service office, and even the customer service office cannot get in touch with them. I ended up wasting a lot of money and time.

Verizon has the worst service! You will regret service with them. They make it impossible to cancel service and keep billing you after you cancel service. Customer service with pass you around and going in the store cannot help with disconnecting service.
