Walgreens Pharmacy Maple & Sepulveda is Excellent! The pharmacy is the only pharmacy to ever call me and follow up on a prescription I am taking to make sure it is working for me. Very professional pharmacy services!

I don't know why I keep using this pharmacy. They have no respect for your time. Had an appointment for an easy shot at 1:15. It's now 1:53 and I asked when we would be called and was basically just dismissed because they "had to mix the shot". Why make an appointment then? Two others have been waiting as well and the people behind the counter are pretty much acting as if they can't see any of us. One of the other customers just left in frustration... Walgreens: please fix this. 2:05. Finally done

Awful Pharmacy. There is a so much better place right across the street from these nincompoops, CVS. The staff is always changing. They can not retain anyone because of their treatment, I am guessing. Not surprising. Long waits and rude treatment is what you get walking into this place. If you get a wrong medicine its on you, they do not do returns. Do yourself a favor and go some other place and avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

Shout out to JP! He is all about excellent customer service and leadership skills in view everytime I need a item or two. He makes this location feel like a place where neighborhood folks like me can depend on Walgreens. In world where it's mostly about corporate this and that, hands down JP is warm and welcoming. Thanks JP! I came in today a hot and tired mess and your kindness helped refresh my mindset. I appreciate you!! All the best and YES survey in queue. THANK YOU!

In the last 5 years the pharmacy at this Walgreens has steadily declined in service. I didn't think it could get any worse, but it has. Two days ago I get notification on the app that they have received 2 prescriptions. They didn't actually "receive" them, the Auto Refill just kicked in. The following day, I checked and it said it was "in progress" and would be ready by tomorrow, in other words, three days after they had been notified. That shouldn't be, so I called in at 9:00am today. The woman who answered the phone said that both prescriptions would be done today at 1:00pm. So, I go in at 2:10pm. I wait for some time before the lady comes to the window. After checking she says the order isn't ready yet and asked me to wait for 15 minutes. I take a seat and watch. The female pharmacist goes and has an animated discussion with the male pharmacist for over 8 minutes. After 15 minutes, a blue coated male (a helper) comes to the window and tells me that they can only give me a partial refill on one of the prescriptions and will have to order the rest and should have it in within 2 days; but he can have the other one ready in a few minutes. I tell me I take the one now and come back for the other one. He goes over to the female pharmacist and she finishes bottling and packaging my prescription. Grrrr!!!!

So many confirmed 1 stars. Terrible location. Don't bother ordering online. They are either so short staffed or don't care to assemble your order certainly don't live up to what the website says. This store is a complete and utter disaster. AVOID

Never have I ever had sooooo many bad experiences at a local Walgreens until I moved to torrance and started going here, do yourselves the biggest favor you could ever do for your stress lol. Don't bring it here. They got my prescription Monday morning it's Thursday night and they said the pharmacist is working on it.... Out here people apparently suffer from lack of meds/ service? I'm pretty sure all pharmacies of this big company get meds the same way when there ordered and brought within two days.... I've had this prescription long enough to know how it works. Either someone forgot to do the simple task of ordering but regardless the answer "we don't know when it will come" seems very ancient and a bunch of bs from truth. Watch me call my doctor to transfer scrip to another place and get it same day or next. Either delivery hates this pharmacy or they jsut really don't take responsibility for a mistake lol. I even had the first person I talk to verify it will come latest two days .... We're hitting 5 days and nothing lol. Nor did they offer to mention I can ask my doctor to change where I fill.... Again either non educated or just that lack of customer service from Walgreens again. Smh don't go here y'all save yourself the head ache. God forbid this prescription was for an illness wouldn't I be jsut screwed

Came to get a prescription after being at urgent care. Everything was going smoothly until the pharmacy tech told me that the doctor needed to fill out two portions of the RX (my address and DOB). I go back to the urgent care to get it fixed and they say if there are any issues, to have the pharmacy call. I've been sitting here waiting for my prescription for about 45 minutes without having anyone update me on anything or even letting me know how long the wait will be. My whole appointment at the urgent care was faster than this. Normally I can be pretty understanding when it comes to situations like this but I've never had to be sent back and forth between places. It's not the most pleasant experience to be sitting in the pharmacy waiting area with my cough, waiting to get the prescriptions that are supposed to alleviate this.

The store itself is fine but I recommend avoiding the pharmacy at all costs or risk getting an ulcer on top of any other condition you may have. It is impossible to get a hold of the pharmacy by phone and you will see why when you are standing in line waiting to pick your medications. You will hear the phone ring constantly and watch the pharmaceutical technician pick up the phone without saying anything and push the hold button. The person on the other end of the phone call is placed on hold with the phone ringing in the pharmacy again every 5 minutes or so. The technician will repeatedly place the call on hold until the system automatically disconnects or maybe the technician eventually hangs up on the caller. It would be far more considerate to have.an auto response saying the pharmacy staff is too busy to answer the call at the moment. When you do go into the pharmacy and mention the phone issue, the pharmaceutical technician will tell you that s/he heard they been having phone issues. It's happened to me in at least 5 different occasions to date plus I can see how they handle calls so no, I can't buy into that excuse. Unfortunately, Optum wants its patients to use Walgreens of all places so hopefully I can find another location!

Leon, who looks like he may be a manager or probably assistant manager should get a new job because he's clearly miserable here.
