-If you have to use Walmart, do not use a Visa Benefits card. Walmart employees are using them fraudulently and committing Identity thief. A Walmart.com worker, fraudulently purchased items on my benefits card and had the purchases delivered out of State to their accomplices in California through the Walmart stores. The addresses that received the stolen purchases are; 8500 Washington Blvd, Pico Vera, CA, 90660* 3250 Big Dalton Ave, Baldwin Park, CA, 91706 and 17150 Gale Ave, City Of Industry, CA, 91745. The dates of this robbery are; January 11th, 13th, 14th, and 15th. This could only have happened through a Walmart employee because this card has never been used with any other merchant and Walmart is the only vender that can authorize the use of this card without an Authenticator. Someone at Walmart has stolen my Identity, if this has happened to you these the agencies to contact Walmart.com, customer care FTC- Federal Trade Commission, 600 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington on, DC, 20580 Equifax Credit Agency, P. O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA, 30374, your State Attorney General's Office your Sheriff's Office and the bank or company that issues the your card. Oh, stop shopping at Walmart!

The store is prejudiced I have blonde hair so they wouldn't let me in the store but they let three people right in front of me in the store, but then stopped me and said they couldn't let anybody else in the store and now I'm just watching another person walk through the doorsthat's not blonde and they are not going towards their break room. They're going towards the store Walmart is prejudice.

If there is no one present to unlock cases, why bother stocking the items housed in the cases?

If I could leave this store zero stars on this review I would. By far the worst location I've ever been to. Spoke to an associate about getting something unlocked, they said they can't open it until 2pm? What type of nonsense is that, I'm sorry shouldn't the managers have keys to those specific areas that are locked especially if a customer is asking for help. Found a manager and asked them politely I wasn't upset or anything but what bothered me the most was the manager who I spoke to reassured me he would meet me at the jewelry display. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and I ended up leaving. As I was getting into my car I see him getting in his as well. Imagine that being told I'll get help and seeing the very manager who told me he would help me out leaving the same time as myself. This store is a joke!! Please work on better customer service skills.

It's a hit or miss with this store. I have come to this store plenty of times and got bad service and had to stand in a return line for way too long. But tonight, had a great experience. The store was not crowded and in the process of being stocked due too it was about 1 hour before store closing. The cashier that helped me was very nice and chatty. She was professional and made my shopping trip delightful.

Not the friendliest staff ever every time I go to this location, but still better than the other Torrance Walmart on Normandie. I do want to give props to Kimmie working at the front end though for helping me with problems I had with a gift card and being extremely kind about it the entire time while also trying to run the front end and let other employees know what to do also. Even though she was multitasking she remained calm and never made me feel like a burden for trying to get help with a gift card either, apologized for the error with the card and actually told me to have a nice day unlike every other walmart employee would ever do. It seems she was probably a manager but she does deserve that position. She is the only employee at this location to actually help me nicely and make me feel comfortable in the store.

I went to return an online purchase today at this location at 6:00 PM on a Friday, but their customer service was closed. A store employee yelled from a distance, "It' closed". I asked her when the customer service would reopen, and she kept yelling, "It's closed," and she kept pointing to the closed sign. I told her that I heard her, but I wanted to know when the customer service would reopen to know when to return. She then got aggravated and started yelling at me. I think that it is great that Walmart tries to be inclusive and hire just about anyone off the street, but I think hiring mentally ill people who are unfit to be in public is just plain wrong.

This store used to be great. Not anymore! They have really bad card readers and they know it. I won't be back such a pain. I also noticed that twice I have made a purchase online and within days my card is hacked! So no online security either smh. Walmart has gone down down down!!!

I needed canning supplies & saw that they had them in stock. Parking was ample. It took me a little bit of time to figure out where it was in the store & the check out line was long, but I didn't mind waiting. The holidays are always a long wait...

Walmart sucks in general, but this one has got to be the worst. There's no produce section! The only fresh food you can get is bananas.

So I've been coming here for almost 6 years now. I figured it was time for a good solid review. I would say 8 out of 10 times I come to this location, curb side pick up or walk in, it's mostly all good. For the most part, they can be pretty quick at bringing your items like how the associate Jay was today. As I've mentioned before if you follow me, I'm a mama of 5 children so even a "quick run" to Walmart isn't so quick! So just picking up a few items that can fit in 1-2 bags is a huge help to me! So I'm grateful when they move quickly and are so friendly like Jay :) He personally gets 5 stars But this rating of course is for all the trips I've ever had here. If I'm completely honest, some trips left me feeling a One Star rating. But like I said, I am not rating on just one trip. It may not be the best experience every time but it's mostly a pleasant one. I feel like now days, it's hard to find good customer service. I work in it myself..and I hear feedback all the time on how great I am and how terrible others can be. I always try my best, and I feel everyone who works in customer service should try their best too & if they hate their job so much, then maybe it's time to move on. There's a few associates that I just will not speak to because they definitely do not like their job at least a little bit. It shows in their body language, as well as how they speak/treat me and others. It's not hard to put a smile on your face and be a little nice. After all, no one forced you to come to work. Natalie is another great associate here at this location. She's so helpful and sweet. If everyone could take a look at how these two employees work, this overall rating from others may just increase! Good Luck

This Walmart has a pick up system that usually goes smoothly and quickly. This time I went the Saturday after Black Friday and it was crazy. Customers were using the pick up parking lot as parking spaces for in store shopping. The employees handling the pick up dept. were very courteous and apologetic about a situation that was not their fault. I commend them for keeping their cool.

The customer service agents here need to review their return policies more carefully, especially during the holidays. I should not have to remind them of the clear guidelines the store has written while also having to refer to an incident claim from an online Wal-Mart agent that agrees with me while going through the return process. In fact, Walmart needs to reconsider their price adjustment policy. It's already an absolute headache shopping to save money (especially during the holidays), it should be stress free. If they have a pre-event sale that ends up having to lower an item just before the event, I should not have to buy the same item new again and return the older item to save money especially when its covered under the extended return policy time frame. I had to show every detail that I had to the troublesome customer service agent there and she still refused to help me on my return. I would advise in avoiding the customer service here.
