I was in the area on my way home and decided to stop in to get a few things. Store was pretty clean and had lots of fresh produce. Aisles were stocked well and it was not too busy (couldn't really tell that from the congested parking lot). I was able to get what I needed/wanted; however, I feel the self check out is just a waste of time. First of all, I attempted to buy a bag of grapes for 2.38; however, that price was per lb & it rang up at 5.44! I told the employee (who was staring at me from behind) that I no longer wanted them due to the price. She mentioned that they were 2.38/lb not for the bag. I indicated to her that it should be noted where they were at cause it just stated the price & all I wanted was a small qty to make chicken salad. She informed me that I could get a small bag and put in the quantity of grapes I wanted but they don't really like that; however, they do that to make the customer happy. I was like no thanks. Lastly, the self check out machine claimed I did not scan an item so the employee had to review the camera screen and sure enough, I did scan the item! Not only do they make you feel like a criminal by just watching you, you also feel like one when this crap happens! I don't mind self check out aisles but it just seems it would be more efficient for customers to have that single employee standing there hovering around opening up a lane and scanning everything themself to get you in and out! In all fairness, they did have two or three lanes with a cashier and the employees that I engaged with were really nice.

Misadvertised p r i c e - was more expensive. Location charging their own branded water by 75%+ more $ than they used to charge normally. It's not right.

Very nice location. The store is always nice and tidy and the staff is great. I am one of those shoppers who takes customer service very seriously. And I must say that they never disappoint here. Staff is willing to answer your questions and also lead you in the right direction of what you're looking for.

Some employees in this supermarket are questionable. Why people go into customer service jobs if they don't care for customer service? I rather go to Target. Nicer in every aspect.

Man i hate dealing with walmart. Every few years i try it again for some random crap i need around the house and i always regret it. Also got a feeling this place contributes more to the american obesity crisis than mcdonalds does

I shop this location often because it's located so close to my home and kids schools and they have the best prices. Today I was pleasantly surprised by a cashier named Karen who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly and helpful. Good customer service is rare these days so thank you Karen for being kind and helpful.

FIRST LET ME START BY SAYING ZENA DOES NOT need to be at the front in. My first time visiting this location and certainly my last.! One self check out section, then you have the stand alone self check out lanes. NOW HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY WERE ALL ONE.! My husband and I walked up, and she yelled "ITS ONE LINE YOU HAVE TO GO OVER THERE AND GET IN LINE. Now, her tone, her energy, I turned and asked her to be quiet. She yelled "don't tell me to be quiet". I then asked her to get away from me. It was only right before she had me on someone's camera acting a fool. She was so aggressive. ZENA needs to learn how to talk to people. Argumentative is certainly her.! I asked her was she going to get an award for being so mean.! She (speaking loudly) IVE BEEN HERE SEVEN YEARS. I asked her "if she was proud of that". BECAUSE, if she's done it to me... I can only imagine how she has done others.! It is not what you say, it is how you say it.! ZENA, should be in receiving. Totally away from your guest.!

THANK YOU so much TONY ! Okay so my eye was hurting so bad. It was red and glassy. Meaning ugh I needed help fast ! So I was looking for some eye drops to get rid of the redness. At least my eyes could look better. Tony comes over to assist me. And I show him my eye asking, “ do you think this will help ?” He quickly takes me over to the pharmacist! And gets her to help me. He went above and beyond to help my poor injured eye! He wanted to make sure I was buying the correct product that was going to help my eye! He said. And together we talked about the best care for me eye. I brought what was suggest and BOOM my eye got better ! Never in my years have I ever been treated so amazingly nice at Walmart! Tony didn’t have to do that for me. Yet he did. And I appreciate him, thank you TONY ! ❤️

Used to be my goto walmart, but they don't have enough carts and baskets to do shopping, and when asked for it, then the reply was that I should search for the carts in the parking or I can use baskets. So the message was that shop for 2-3 items which you can hold. For better experience go to other stores.

One star for the fact that it, unbelievably, has no bike racks! I mean, what??? They have special EV charging stations but no place to park your bicycle? When I asked an employee where I might lock up my bike, he looked at me like I asked where I can park my jet pack. It's not an uncommon mode of transportation. It existed before cars, even. I should be able to ride from my house - which is literally across the street from this Walmart - park and lock my bike and shop. But because they had no where I could conveniently lock up my bike, I rode to the other end of the shopping center to Trader Joe's, where they do not discriminate against cyclists with their ample bike racks. Boo, Walmart!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an online order last week for curbside pickup. Pick up window was 9PM-10PM. Drove 45 minutes (no Walmart near me) and was near the store by 9 PM when I received a text that they were “running behind”. Ran a couple other errands in the area, received a text at 9:35 PM that order was ready. Was in the parking lot and checked in on the Walmart app at 9:42 PM. Waited 10 minutes nothing, called the store three times no answer. Finally went inside the store around 9:58 (still inside pick up window and store didn’t close until 11 PM). Asked an employee for help and was sent to talk to the “manager”. Explained situation and was told “nothing I can do, pick up has closed for the night”. I asked how if they were the “manager” there was nothing they could do? They could retrieve the $150 in groceries I had paid for but he refused and said “it’s not my problem” and pointed that he was only the “manager” of self check out. I asked where the store manager was and he said “gone for the day”. I left the store called Walmart customer service immediately from the parking lot who repeatedly tried calling the store with no answer. The store was open for another hour at this point.Left with none of the $150 worth of groceries I had paid for. Wasted almost 3 hours of my night and then had to wait 3 days for a refund to be issued. Asked for a store manager to call me….never happened.

I recently paid this Walmart location a visit and, unfortunately, cash could not be given or received. Even though that was the case that time, I've decided to cut this location some slack, since there have been other times where that wasn't the case. Usually seems to be clean and looking forward to paying this location another visit, hopefully at a time when the cash can be given and/or received.
