My "go to" place for appliances and fixtures is WDC. Luis Gamez has been helping me over the years. He recommends the best appliances for the situation whether a remodel, income property or for a client. He gives personalized attention and service. In these days it is hard to come by someone so knowledgeable and dedicated. A true gem! When there have been problems he has gone the extra mile to solve the problem. He gets me the best deals and makes life easier! I completely recommend him and the store!!!

The showroom is beautiful and they have all the top brands. The salesperson who helped us was professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell us. We just came in for a dishwasher this time but I explained that our appliances will eventually start aging out so this would likely be the first of several purchases over the next few years. The delivery was smooth and on time. The only issue which was essentially a nonevent was that we were missing a $25 dishwasher kit which they were able to reuse either from our old machine or they didn't need--either way not a biggie but when the salesperson called a few days post delivery to see how we were enjoying the dishwasher I mentioned it and she said no problem, they would take it off the bill. Again this is $25 off 2k but ii appreciated the gesture, except it wasn't done. I called a week later very quickly and politely and was told she would fix it and nothing. It's not worth it to call a again but I was disappointed . I'm not someone who is walking in dropping 30K in a day but I am someone who deeply respects small gestures. I have no idea why this is bothering me to the point of writing a long review but apparently it is.

These people cant even get your phone number. Spent more $10000 remolding my bathroom in 2019 with this store. The salesperson ordered the wrong steam unit for house instead a commercial unit. I had to go to mister steam and exchange the unit myself.

WDC was recommended to us by a friend who purchase appliances there - super great prices compared to other places and the most amazing customer service!!! Luis (our main contact) and Khrystin were THE BEST and always worked with us when we needed to delay delivery (our kitchen wasn't ready to receive it yet) and didn't pressure us and were always so professional and PLEASANT to work with!! And in the end, when we were installing we realized we forgot to order a duct cover for our stove and I called Luis and he was able to show us options, order it and have it delivered in one day!!! Talk about great customer service! And even though it's been almost a year since we first ordered our appliances, he still remembers us when we call. They make each customer feel special! Highly highly recommend WDC for high end quality products, great prices and top notch customer service.

We are fully renovating our home and needed a complete set of kitchen appliances (range, hood, fridge, dishwasher). Our contractor recommended contacting Luis Gamez at WDC, and we're very happy he did! We had a great experience with Luis... He helped identify the right brand that worked for us, and talked through the options and needs of our family. He also helped us identify the best savings programs provided by the manufacturer so that we got the best price possible. Supply chain issues meant a longer lead time for delivery, but ultimately we got our appliances when needed. Highly recommend Luis and WDC!

Buyer beware! We have made a few purchases at the Torrance location but apparently we were very lucky! I can no longer patronize a store that sells major appliances where the policy is to wash its hands when the brand new, out the box item did not work. Their "support" is to call (or text in my case) to see if you got an appointment with the manufacturer because once you plug it in, it's a warranty issue. Warehouse is the key word in their name because this is how treat their customers - just make the sale! I've been reading the other reviews and I wish I'd done so before and I wouldn't have had to wait almost 2 months to use my washer/dryer after several phone calls, delayed scheduling with GE, a FedEx delivery for a new CONTROL PANEL, missed worked (GE does not schedule appointments on weekends), and another delayed appointment with GE. But WDC customer care did text me to check on the status and they were happy everything was "resolved" and they could "close the file". #warehousebehavior

I called today to ask which washing machines they had in stock that could be delivered the next day. They gave me a few options and I ordered one. They confirmed several times that the washing machine would be delivered the next day. Then after I placed the order, suddenly they said that it could not be delivered the next day. I let them know what a huge problem this created for me and asked them to find a way to get it delivered as promised. They didn’t.

Two months ago I purchased this California kitchen faucet for $1000 from WDC. I was told it would only take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to receive it after two months I finally received it. I had it installed by a professional plumber. The next day I noticed that the sprayer would not go into the housing properly. When I went back to WDC to the sales person she was so unhelpful to solve the problem. I finally got a hold of the manager juan who told me he would take care of it since it’s under warranty and the problem happened one day after I purchased it. It been now two weeks and nothing has been done to replace this part. All I receive is sorry and apologies, it shows me all this store is interested in is just selling you their products and not standing up for any problems that you have. Snyder and diamond plumbing in Santa Monica would have taken care of this problem immediately and the price of this fixture was a lot less money there. It now shows me if you buy anything from this store and if it doesn’t work or defective you’re on your own .

Big disappointment. I purchased my appliances worth over $23 thousand from Tracy H. who at that time was sweet eager to do the sale and get her commission. How sorry am. Please every body think about it before you do any bruises with this company. The hard ache they cause you is not worth the savings. To this day I am still trying to get my appliances delivered .Their unprofessional, lazy and very rude delivery personal would not deliver because they claimed I have STEPS. A small boarder no higher then 4 inches at the entrance of my home. I send Juan and Traci H. pictures of what they claim STEPS just to add additional delivery fee. It’s not the fees it’s the service to the customer. My appliances are being bounce are in a truck.Estella Z

wdc, a new business in lomita ca., previously they were located on hawthorne blvd., in torrance ca. unless wdc change the company that is responsible for their appliance repair services, i will never shop there again! i had a repair appointment from 7:30am -noon. i explained i had to pick up my daughter at 12:30 from vacation bible school. i called at 10am to make certain they were still coming. diana, think that was her name, said mike would be there within the hour. i called at appropriately 10:45am, to let them know mike had not arrived. she had to check. at 11:51am i received a call saying mike would be at our home at 12:20pm! i explained that i needed to pick up my daughter from vbs at 12:30. she said mike would only need 5-6 minutes, and asked if i could call my daughter and have her wait? at that point i knew mike was not planning to repair my lg washer that was still under first 2 year's warranty, which i purchased in december of 2020. looks like it is leaking from the tub. i was blessed that most of the water had drained out during the wash. my daughter texted me while on the phone with wdc repair service, said vbs was getting out early today. great! told the person from repair. it is now almost noon. told the person that i would be back home before 12:20. i grabbed my 2 younger daughters, headed to the church. my younger daughter heard our ringer, and said, "someone is at our front door". it is 12:05!! i called the contracted company and told the women they told me it was ok to pick up my daughter, and mike would be coming at 12:20! told her what time mike arrived. she said, "oh, he can only wait for you 10 minutes"! i told her i needed about 12 minutes, by now, i am driving out of the church parking lot. i arrived back home at 12:17 pm! yes, i was driving fast. mike left! he could not wait 12 minutes for me, and i had waited more than 4 and a half hours for this service company! when i called the repair company to let them know that mike left, he did not wait for me, i spoke to a man this time, this man said, the most they could wait was 5-6 minutes! if you decide to purchase an appliance from wdc, get youself a personal contract with another company. fyi, the lady at the wdc store referred me to customer service at, 805-222-1380. she then transferred me to the customer service manager's number. a female voice mail answered the phone. that was approximately at 12:45pm. it is 1:59pm. i have not received a return call from wdc customer service. this is the second yelp writing i have done in my life. i hope your experience will be better than mine at wdc. my plan was to go there and purchase a fridge. no longer my plan.

Don't trust anything they say about product timelines. WDC has no idea when appliances will actually arrive. And after the ETA has passed, the customer has to continuously call and follow-up. My husband and I spent a lot of money at WDC and you would expect better customer service.
