Service is poor. Many branches are closed. No notification of customers that local branches will be closed. Did not update Yelp! I had to go to 3 different branches to find one that's open.

When you entrust a bank with your money you are entrusting them with your livelihood. So it is a shame to see bank officials lose sight of this. My one and only quivel is with the woman who identified herself as the branch manager. My grandpa and I did everything by the book and above board, and she chose to get personal with us with us rather than professional, operating in a manner that undoubtedly is not how any other Wells Fargo manager would have behaved. When I took my grandpa to the bank he has entrusted with his livelihood for over 30 years, the bank manager got brusque and dismissive toward us saying that my grandpa has no right to get his bank records and that she will only deal with one someone who does not even have conservatorship. Then the bank manager had the nerve to give me tips on how to live my life, and when I called her out on it, she denied having just done it. She was rude and condescending to both me and my grandpa (who has been a client for over 30 years and still has everything in his name until the court deems otherwise) and demonstrated a lack of integrity by refusing to own up to being brusque and curt. She has clearly lost sight on how to be kind and helpful toward her clients and demonstrated a comfort in being defensive and dismissive in helping a man in need of merely his bank records. Shame on the manager here. She is either intentionally trying to hurt her client or does not care about the well being of her client. She should also get retrained to not deny a client bank records unless the client has a conservator. Absolutely do not trust this bank to take care of your financial needs and livelihood as long as the manager is operating in the manner she demonstrated today.

Horrible customer service. Do not visit or bank at this branch. Went to deposit a check for my son who is in college at another state. And they would not let me make the deposit. I had a picture of my sons drivers license and his account number and I even had him on the phone. The teller said he had to ask his branch manager and she said no. Ridiculous!!! Now I understand this bank itself has a had numerous problems but when you have every piece of ID and information needed to make a deposit not a withdrawal a deposit there should not have been any problems. I went to school first bank across the way where my son also has an account and was able to make a deposit with no problems. Interesting. So because if this situation, I do not recommend doing business with this bank. When my son returns from college he will be closing his account indefinitely with Wells Fargo Bank.

I have 8 accounts with wells Fargo branch Del Amo Torrance, they charge me so much fees between account fees, cash deposit fees, and so many account service fees which can't be explained when I question. I went to the Branch last week to get a temporary checks for an account I was out of checks for, they wanted to charge me one dollar for each check, I asked the Manager Dina to waive the fees since I am an old business customer who does pay so much fees, she refused and was rude, I only wanted 3 checks and I had to pay $3 for it. the worst customer services ever. I remember few years ago they were opening customers accounts without those customers knowledge and I was one of those, they had a law suit against them, and they had to refund those customers few dollars for the fraud, I received $12 at that time for an account they opened by my name without my knowledge. be aware.

Waited in line at this branch for over an hour. It looked like personal friends of bankers. We're getting moved to the front of the line so that they didn't have to wait. Frustrating seeing people that came forty-five minutes after I did get moved up in line or have their banking taken care of. Not to mention over an hour and line is uncalled for.

I am furious with Yelp. Where is the PART ONE I posted? PART TWO: Oh and I forgot to mention that they never removed my 25 yr old daughter either so if she has not taken good care of her credit that would have caused harm to me as well. In the midst of this madness I found out they never removed her and we completed the necessary paperwork for her and as soon as it was completed the banker informed me that it was still linking her to my account. She redid the entire process and it continued to link her account to me. 24 hours later it was still linked to me. That banker continued to work on it and she told me that it finally separated so clearly the problem is a bank issue not anything that I should suffer any damage from. I am preparing to get legal representation if they do not repair this damage immediately. I want my card reinstated not a new car damaging and shortening my credit history. Any information sent to the credit bureau erased so that my credit is back to normal. There is NO OTHER ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION. I am typing this review for current and future customers to BEWARE who you trust your money with. No one should work this hard to improve and build their credit for a simple ass banker to have the ability to just dismantle all of your work through clerical errors deliberate or otherwise. This system is unfair and unjust! How dare they do this to me or anyone else. And I know if it was this easy to railroad me that there are many others like me. Please leave a comment if you have experience something similar or even worse with Wells Fargo. Maybe a class action would be more effective. There is no exact number needed for a class action but with a few dozen or more it will be guaranteed. Wells Fargo will only stop if we fight to stop them.

This bank is more like a Soviet communist bank. They have 15 windows, but only two tellers at a time. That would be fine normally, but their ATM machines don't work at all. It always rejects checks and cash so you have no choice, but to wait in line. The funniest thing is they have employees that are just 'observers'. They don't work they just watch another teller like they're balancing chemical equations. How hard can it be to operate the computer? Since they have to show their observers it takes extra time you're better off setting up a tent and camping out til they call you.

Earlier I took my Dad who just arrived here in the States to open an account, The banker/customer service rep from the get-go was rude and told me to go to Wellsfargo.com to open an account and keeps on complaining that he is even a substitute in that branch. You can already tell that he does not want to help out while he is trying to get rid of us. Couple with his laziness and rude customer service. I explained that my Dad just arrived here in the States and needs to open an account but this rude rep told me again to go to Wellsfargo.com. I retorted, How can you open an account from your computer and deposit your physical money? This is the main reason why we went to the bank in the first place. I would have gone further but it would be useless to argue with a rep who is either lazy or lack the knowledge of online banking. Please avoid this branch and go to another bank like Chase or Bank of America where they have a sensible Customer service rep that will value your business. I'm actually looking for a way to write to the corporate office so this behavior and report this employee's behavior.

i came in the branch at 9:20am. I have wire ready to enter in the system. they only have 4 customers in the branch. teller side. I m told I need to wait if their appt shows up or not to do my wire. banker named Alberto tells i m rude. goes back to his cube. not sure what is he doing. i guess he is too good to help me with wire. banker comes out to her appt. btw my wire could have been done. it's pathetic that bankers hide by covid appt rules. so sad. 5 employees in the branch. 2 customers on teller line, one banker, none can help with wire, which i have copy ready to enter.Alberto comes back to me after making me wait for 20 minutes, and tells me he can help with wire. i didnt take his help. all he needed to do to tell me initially that i nce he takes care of business, he ll do my wire. definitely needs coaching for client experience

They have only 2 teller's on a Saturday morning, they have a huge turnover of employees which says a lot. But mostly due to the lack of customer service.

I went in and was met by the rudest woman. I asked when a banker would be available and she said "Sorry but you have to make an appointment". I explain that the Wells Fargo representative I spoke with on the phone said I could go into any branch and it may have to wait awhile but you will be helped. She cuts meOff and says NOPE you have to make an appt then proceeded to say "oh and we don't have a notary right now and she's all booked up for tmrw too". By the way she wasn't even in front of a calendar, she was by the entrance chatting up the WF security officer. They both stared me down and she's like you'll have to call to make an appt instead of helping me set one. I was aware the branch was closing in 30 Minutes but the way they behaved was so disrespectful. If you close at 5pm try to do something to help. Ive been a customer for over 18 years that's the way they treat their clients. Anyhoo I say if you go to this location beware of the jerky security guard and offensively impolite pregnant woman with the terrible bob.
