I was very fortunate to receive the best possible service from Ms. Masha, a bank representative at Wells Fargo. I needed assistance in modifying an existing account to limit the access for an elderly parent, and Ms. Masha was able to sympathize and understand since she had to do the same. She took the time to hear me out completely, then restate what my requests were to make sure she understood. Then she patiently and accurately fulfilled my requests. Since my modifications weren't easy, It took the assistance from other advisors to get me taken care of. If you need to make modifications to your account, it's best to schedule an appointment, especially with Ms.Masha.

My mother went to this bank and had a meeting with a teller to inquire about her savings account. She never stated that she wanted to close the account and the teller said she didn't understand what my mom was saying and went ahead and closed the account. The manager was called and the teller told the manager that my mom didn't speak any English, which is a huge lie. DO NOT go here Tellers are so racist and so quick to judge people. It disgusts me that the teller would just assume people do not speak English and treat them poorly thinking that they won't understand.

Pisspoor management and unfriendly staff. This is what is wrong with banking today... I've been a loyal customer since 1998, I will be leaving bc of this branch.

This branch is garbage! Couldn't make a wire transfer because the manager was training people!? Needed it immediately and they made me go to another bank! This is why I hate Wells Fargo!

Terrible experience opening a checking account with an inexperienced banker. Received multiple notice within 1 month of opening that my account was not in compliance and will be closed. Banker was unable to fix this error. At closing, the manager was unapologetic and had a hard time waiving the $10 fee to issue me a check for my closing balance that I would not want to carry in cash. SMH. So many wrong things with this branch for a simple account opening.

Honestly, this has to be the worst location ever. Getting in and out of here is a nightmare! I wish so badly they would move down to the other end of the plaza. I'm actually going to close my accounts and try the credit union over on Lomita Blvd.

Today I met with Martin Young and he made me believe that there are still people out there that actually enjoy what they do and want to help. We had an urgent matter and he was kind and willing and patient. Thank you Martin Young, you are amazing! 4 stars for Martin I didn't give the branch 5 stars because the tellers (during the same visit) were no help at all. They were very dismissive and unwilling to help.

I called and made an appointment to see a Notary and arrived minutes before to be on time. They had me wait 50 minutes supposedly due to the fact that the banker that was supposed to help me was NOT a notary. They attempted to fix but their customer service was dismal. Never going to this branch again. I'd give a half star if i could.

During covid times, where the line is out the door, two employees working at half speed is the worst. Especially while more convenient locations have been closed down. In line for 25 minutes and they were still with the same two people. I had to leave because my lunch break was ending, and I left with my large deposit which is not ideal nor safe to have to keep lugging around. My company has been thinking off switching banks and this was the final deciding factor. Also, this is the problem every time at this location. And since this is the only one open in our area, I'm over it. Chase always has at LEAST four employees behind the counter.

I've driven by this Wells Fargo twice in 2 weeks and I kept on driving. Why? Because there a sketchy homeless guys out here every time. He's just checking me out. I don't know why they let him just sit there with his kart. I can't even park on pch to use the front atm. It's private property and yet they don't try to move him. I just drove 5 min away to rolling hills well Fargo where there is a mail box right next to, which I actually had a package I needed to mail anyway. So no need to ever go back to that wells. Btw it was empty in the parking lot near the homeless man, probably cause of that reason. "Clean it up"

The Wells Fargo Bank at 24439 Crenshaw Blvd Torrance, CA 90505. Martin and Saul gave me outstanding award winning customer service! I came in the bank and the teller was the most helpful teller, I ever had! Very personal!!! Very friendly and helpful! I spoke with another person about setting up direct deposit. He had me sit down and really help me with my banking needs! This bank is the best!!!

Super efficient, fast, and friendly service! The only downside is it's located in a very congested shopping center and parking is congested and hard to get in and out of.
