Tried to make a contribution to my retirement account. Went to one bank and was told I need to make reservation. Made a reservation and when I went, I was told that the person I needed to see was not available. Looking now to move my assets to Chase

Horrible location of a horrible bank. If you go there plan on being there all day. The row of teller windows is just decoration. They will not open another window no matter how many people are inline
