The wait times here are normally in excess of a half hour. I'm sure they're going to sanitize this by saying customer service is a top priority or something in response. Actions speak louder. Lots of reviews about same issue and no action yet. Wells Fargo simply disrespects its customer's time and does it intentionally.

Tried to make a contribution to my retirement account. Went to one bank and was told I need to make reservation. Made a reservation and when I went, I was told that the person I needed to see was not available. Looking now to move my assets to Chase
