DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Every month I have the same medication needed and every month they somehow screw it up for me. They are extremely incompetent and do not care about their patients.

The most rude staff i have ever encountered! They didn't have any sign up that they were closed due to their system being down and when I came inside they rudely told me I can't be in here and i apologized but one lady rolled her eyes!

Don't get rung up by Veronica the shift lead here at store 22930 (since 2021, unfortunate) or have anyone ask her anything. I was walking in and she was speaking to her coworkers rudely over the walkie. I came in for a COVID test, I asked the pharmacy and they told me to ask the front counter. I went up and the worker didn't know either, which was understandable... so she calls up vero who came in like a mad bull and she points out rudely the small ass white box in the car corner that didn't even have a price tag or label. I quickly grabbed it so I can leave and not die OR scare anyone in the store when she starts ringing up everyone. I waited another three minutes. Went back in to return it after I read the package was WRONG without opening and of course she continues to be rude while badgering another customer. She gladly told me to call the 1 800 number after I told her to treat customers better.

Im not sure why this Walgreens has such bad reviews, everyone that helped us out was so nice! I went im to grab some baking soda and vinegar to wash my whites tomorrow and they were so kind i assisting me!

Angie the manager was great she really helped me , I went last night for a special they were having and I had coupons and of course it was a mess and to make it worse the worker forgot to put something in my bag. This morning I went back and was stressed because I knew it was going to be a mess again. It was not Angie was great helped me fast and easily and even added $5 to my account for the gas I had to use coming back so not everyone is super great here but Angie definitely was.

No surprise here, this location is a 2 star rated store. Dirty aisles, poor management, rude employees. After living in the Torrance area for 37 years I have never had such disgusting service. Associate Beverly was on her phone for 2 minutes while we waited at the register. After ringing us up another associate came and added 2 candy wrappers to our total which were .20 cents each. I asked the employee why these were added and she accused my daughter of eating them. My daughter NEVER eats Airhead candies. She also is very honest and tells me when she wants something, she knows I'll happily buy it for her. My 5 year old daughter can't stop asking me why she was accused by these ladies, and tells me " I never took those candies". Once we paid for the groceries Beverly never asked if I wanted a bag, she never even passed over the groceries. After paying I had to reach over to grab them. She then went on to make rude remarks, "well you didn't buy a bag". I was never offered a bag, she continued on her phone and rang out my items and I paid. At this point I was Furious, I asked for a manager. To my utter disappointment a lady by the name of Angie came. This lady was worse than the original employee, shocking she has been there since 2004? This lady couldn't manage a herd of sheep, she went on to defend her employee and did NOTHING to de-escalate the situation. Terribly ran store, if I come back here it would only be in an emergency because nothing else is open. Angie tried to flex her "management" position which is a joke, her years of tenure with Walgreens have taught her nothing.10:30am December 20th, check the cameras; I am sure you will be utterly embarrassed that my daughter never touched your .20 candy.

12/5- I place an order for holiday cards and arrive well after the "Earliest time available" time. The store is empty and there is one employee at the cash register near the door. I ask him for help and he tells me to press the button on the counter of the photo area. I press the button and wait. I probably heard the call for help over the intercom about 10 or so times before I go back to the guy at the register and ask him to help me. This guy tells me they are understaffed and someone should arrive shortly. At this point, I was in the store and one other person was shopping down one of the aisles. Someone eventually came and she was pretty rude. I told her my full name and she asked when I placed my order. I said I placed the order today. With an irritated look, she asked again, "Like when did you place the order? What's your name? What's your last name? Oh, the order isn't ready, I need about 20 minutes."Since I could not wait for the order I went home. I honestly wasn't sure if I would bother returning because I was so disappointed by the treatment I received. This person seemed highly bothered by my presence. 12/7- Over the next couple of days, I didn't get a chance to order cards elsewhere so I decided to give this place another shot. I went straight to the photo counter and pressed the button. A gentleman came right over and found my order. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. When I got home I really hated the "photo print" Christmas card. It seemed super flimsy and cheap!12/8- I go back to the store to return my original order and pick up my new set of cards. I see the same lady from Monday night but she had her back to me and was working on the machine. I waited for a while and then repositioned my body to be more visible. I started making little sounds and noises to get her attention but she ignored me. I pressed the button on the counter to get her attention. She came over and asked how she could help me. I told her I wanted to return my photo print cards, pick up my new cards and pick up 1 single photo. She begins to process my return and tells me that I need to show her ID. I left my ID in the car so I ran to grab it. When I came back, she said she could not find the photo. I asked about the cards. She raised her voice so loud and said, "I did not check on the cards because you never told me you had cards!!!" I took a deep breath and told her that I was not hard of hearing. I told her again I ordered a set of holiday cards. She then asks me how I want my return. I told her I didn't care because I wanted to make another purchase. I also told her I didn't know the different return methods so she could do was she felt was best. I originally paid with a credit card but she took cash out of the register and slammed it on the counter. She went and found my holiday cards and slid them to me. Without a word, she turned and went back to working on the machine. I just walked out. I didn't want to be subjected to this lady anymore! I didn't even care about my photo. She can keep it! I won't be going back to this location.

This is my favorite location for photos and canvases. I had a canvas framed at this location, and approx 3 to 6 months later it cracked on one side and the warranty expired. Giselle went beyond customer satisfaction by explaining the policy but stated that she would discuss the situation with her manager about repairing at no charge, and would call me with an update. Giselle did exactly what she said she would do. I received a call within 1 hour stating that the manager would make an exception and fix the frame. Additionally, a few hours after that I received another call, the same day, advising that the reframed canvas was ready for pick up. I do not know the manager's name that approved the exception, but I am grateful to Giselle and the manager for their act of kindness. I stopped by yesterday (May 16, 2022) to pick up another canvas order and Giselle helped me once again. She probably didn't remember me from last month but once again her demeanor was professional, she was helpful and kind, and it is apparent that she loves her job! Thank you Giselle for consistently demonstrating 5+ star customer service!

I had to get cough medicine at 3am. Two CVS stores near my home, posted 24/7. However both were closed wasting my time and fuel. This Walgreens was open, and provided me what I needed. I tested negative for COVID-19, but I had a reaction to my second Moderna booster, 6 days after taking vaccine. I developed a cough, chills, slight fever, headache, and rashes on my face. I had used up my Tussin MD Max & Musinex. My wife developed a a fever and severe cough. Still using cough med 21 days after second booster vaccine. Dr's not sure what it is, but this is spreading to children and adults. I recommend this pharmacy for late night pickup. Friendly employees!

I'm so thankful of Daniel for helping me at the photo services. I needed a passport photo for my son and this boy is very handful kid but Daniel is very cool and very accommodating. We got our passport photo for my son quickly and thanks to Daniel professionalism the whole transaction went smoothly.

As a regular customer, I must say this place has exceptional employees. Great service, and helpful employees. When a printing machine was down, an employee once called me with their own phone to inform me of a longer print time, I appreciated it very much.

Came here to do a return because the items I did an order pickup for were open and even missing items... I was told I couldn't make the return there because the items weren't going to be in their system. Now, I have to go to the one I did the pickup at to do the return. Super inconvenient. Doesn't make sense, but whatever. Never going to do an online pickup with them again. 2 of 3 items were open and used. Personal items. That's disgusting to sell it like that Would NOT recommend Walgreens

would not shop at this Walgreen. It's a poorly run store. Went to the store and was greeted by a hostile store female stocking clerk (one with glass and point tail, wearing light blue T-shirt) when asking her about the items was showing in-stock in store website. Not sure what's the hostility, when you are there to shop. Will not go back to the store ever with this type altitude from Walgreen employee. Store like this will eventually die and go bankrupt.
