The worst customer service. we have been trying to get the racquets for my son, pathetic service. No one bothers to respond to email, zero phone call returns, email after email but of no use. seems like they do not care. the player package department is the worst to work with. have been following up for close to 2 months. they made me fill all the information, took my credit card details and and no response.

As a tennis instructor for over 20 years I've been recommending racquets to players for at least that long....Yonex, Head, Babolat etc. I myself have been playing with various Yonex models for years (as well as other manufacturers). For the second time now I've had to deal with slightly upset players who ordered Yonex racquets based upon my recommendation and they didn't get racquet covers - $200 for a racket (ezone 98 both time - good players) and no cover? This is so cheap and stupid. I spoke to Yonex USA and they simply said 'cost cutting measures forced this' - meaning more profit is more important than customer satisfaction. I can't support a company with this cheap mentality- No more Yonex

It is not a place to buy Yonex equipments DIRECTLY, without an appointment or a scheduled meeting you cannot buy anyhting here. I arrived here with the anticipation of buying a few Yonex equipments that i love very much, but i was dissapointed as to know that they don't sell equipments anymore rather they ship yonex equipments all over USA from Japan, there is also a showroom that is occasionally opened for the public. Although dissapointed, a worker named Joshua very kindly attended me and printed me the list of places that sell Yonex equipments near Temple City which where i am currently staying. Overall the place has a special meaning to me because it's the first Yonex Center that i visited and even though i wen't home dissapointed i can look forward to buying the yonex equipment that i wanted from the places in the list that the kind Yonex Worker Joshua gave to me.

This place is great. Professional knowledgeable and just good people. You get it when it is promised, and I learn a lot about my equipment by just listening.

For my 400th review. I'm reviewing my favorite TENNIS RACQUET company - YONEX!!! It's my opinion that Yonex makes the best tennis racquets. I've been using their tennis racquets for a long, long time and the quality of their frames is the absolute best. They are manufactured in Japan and each frame is very consistent to the next (not much variation). Thus, when you buy several tennis racquets at different stores or at different times, they will play very similarly. That's a great thing! Please support Yonex like I do for all your tennis, golf, and badminton equipment! Cheers! Xie Xie!!!

This company makes sporting goods for golf, tennis and badminton. I use equipment from their tennis line. The racquets are unique because they are square-shaped giving a larger sweet spot on the hitting surface area of the face of the racquet. The result is that it is a very forgiving racquet for the average club player. While the club player is clearly the mass market that keeps the company in business, the stars who use the Yonex line are some of the top players in the world. They include: David Nalbandian, Elena Dementieva, Mario Ancic, Paradorn Srichaphan, Martina Navratilova, and the darling of the tennis world, ultimate sensation Nicole Vaidisova. If you are looking for a solid piece of equipment to help you raise your level of play, or just get reacquainted to the game, then try a racquet from the Yonex line.
