I thought this was a dollar tree…. Why is their stuff priced over a dollar??? Makes no sense and false advertising. The staff is always nice and professional especially the young man,

The store looked like it was Going Out of business with empty shelves and check stand refrigeration coolers everywhere. The cashier named Jack was rude and physically threw my change at me which I did not catch and it fell to the floor.

A significant portion of their shelves are reserved for more premium products with >$1 prices, which I believe to be quite misleading. As inflation rises, I’ve noticed extreme examples of products becoming smaller over time (AKA shrinkflation). At the time of writing, I find better unit prices at surrounding retailers (less cost per ounce).

Love this location. I can't get my mom out of the store. She loves it. Staff is pleasant. Sometimes you got to share your happiness with others to get theirs in return.

Employees lack good/decent customer service.The cashier won't say hello or thank you.Stockers are answering their phones, the cashier's check their phones for texts.Eye rolls, when you ask for balloons to be inflated.Where is management or the owner, regarding these complaints.

If you see a plus size female cashier, drop whatever you grabbed, and drive to the other location in Mission Viejo. This employee looked like she was miserable ringing up people. No hello how are you doing today, slamming receipts on the register, and no you're welcome when customers say thank you. The customer in front of me an I made eye contact and we both knew what each other was thinking about this cashier. I was in retail for 16 years up until last year and I don't ever recall working with an employee of this caliber. Take your ear buds out of your ears and do something that doesn't involve interacting with customers.

I have always had a decent experience here but today I went in with my mom that uses a walker and she can't walk far - we went in to buy birthday cards and we went to check out at the check out and had our things about 6 items on the counter behind the one checking out when the lady that always works there came into the lane and FLIPPED his light off and didn't say anything . Ok we waited while he continued checking out the person in front of us and all of a sudden AFTER he was DONE checking the person out he says - oh you go to her lane now I'm off . WHAT ? I said now you tell us ! I have all our things here only 6 and you can't help us ? Normally you help the people which was only US then you go do your battery thing you had to go do for 2 mins . But no , so I had to make my disabled mom move and me pick up all my things and go stand at the END OF THE LINE NOW - I said THIS IS MESSED UP - nobody said anything/ no I'm sorry or I can take you first since you were next - nothing - so when I got up to pay she the lady that works there didn't say I'm sorry he had to go work the battery's for 2 mins as after I moved my things to her counter SHE HAD HIM OPEN BACK UP - yes I was not happy and she didn't say anything- not thank you nothing - would I go back to that store ? HECK NO / i only patronize stores that treat their customers right and this was NOT OK . Remember my face . I won't be back . Especially when you have an ADA person with you - one should be not be treated that way . PS - we did have a great rest of our day !

entered the store, the first thing I see is the cashier with a rude and unpleasant attitude, I entered and took what I wanted to buy, then I lined up and gave her the money in her hand and she snatched it from me. After that, she threw me the product. I didn't even go out, I didn't even accept my change, very bad customer service

I love this dollar tree store. Always well stocked and friendly staff. I come here for all my party needs, balloons, and holiday decorations . Great variety and great items available!
