Dr tech is amazing! I was unable to use my email for over a week. I tried everything I knew to no avail. I was even on the phone with Microsoft for over 2 hours trying to fix it without success. I finally called Dr tech and in less than 10 min he had it all fixed and working properly!! Thank you Dr tech!!

I could figure out what caused my PC to stop working and after days of trying I thought I would look for help. With in 30mins of meeting and troubleshooting the root cause was found. After getting the parts needed Shaun helped replace all components and insured that all Software and Drivers were updated and installed how I wanted them. Shaun was very helpful and professional, he was easy to communicate with and thorough.

I have problem with computer. He fix problem. I am happyFor real tho he knew a lot of things I would never consider in a million years and was really friendly and insightful. If you're going over to drop off a pc for the first time, it's literally run from inside his own home. It makes it feel really personal.Also he has a cat and it's rly friendly

Highly recommend Shaun! We had an issue with our PC and booked an appointment online. Shaun came out the next day and was able to fix our computer in a few hours.
