“Overall, 10/10 Pharmacy! They are an excellent team to be in contact with, always willing to assist with the prescription refill process. Regarding insurance concerns, if there’s an error or miscommunication, staff, specifically Abraham, is on top of it and quick to correct. After two years of working with Abraham, I must say, an astonishing worker! He goes beyond to make sure our facility is cared for, especially clients' needs (Medications, Prescription refills). In an emergency, the pharmacy acts promptly and is willing to deliver on the same day. No issues with Rx Transfers and Refills. “I love how this store is on top of things . However the the gentleman greeting me needs some customer service training I tried several times to communicate with him. He had Zero response and zero personality interaction I feed bad givinga low score.( maybehe had a bad day ) but this is a lovely pharmacy ?. I had been going to the CVS on Portola on foothill Ranch however it would take me forever to get my medication or they would say the message was wrong, etc. etc.. Service was terrible, but I’m thankful that I have not found this with this location. I am so grateful thank you thank you thank you thank you much appreciation”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars†by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”

“If you need photos printed, this is the place you've been looking for! They have incredible prices but if you use the Honey extension through Chrome, they've always found me at least a 50% off coupon automatically. These printed photos made a wonderful mother's day gift and all I had to do was come up with creative frame solutions, which I got from mercy warehouse.”

“This is the best CVS pharmacy that I have been to in the area. When we first moved here 8 years ago we used the Antonio location. That location was also fine, but I felt like I was playing real life Frogger trying to get from the parking lot to the store. I started using the Plano Trabuco store several years ago and haven't looked back. The parking lot is a lot safer, especially if you have little ones or a spectrum kiddo that has a habit of wandering. The store itself is well organized, well lit, and everything is easy to find. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The pharmacy doesn't have a drive-thru, so you have to be okay with going in. That being said, I have rarely waited in line for longer than 10-15 minutes (and most of the time only 5-10 minutes). They do close at 1:30 for their lunch break, so plan accordingly. We also get our vaccines here and have always had a good experience. We make our appts online and have always been in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a more laid back visit.”
