For the past year and a half, my 11-year-old daughter Ava, who participates in travel softball, has been benefiting from Vinny's excellent coaching at APL. Vinny's warm and empathetic approach, coupled with a tailored strength and conditioning program, has significantly improved Ava's strength and overall enjoyment of the classes. I highly recommend APL for their personalized and effective approach to athletic development!

My daughter had an excellent experience with APL, especially Coach Vinny and Coach Alyx. I’ve so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Now I do personal training with Coach Vinny, and I love the individualized attention. APL is an excellent facility for individual development of student athletes and adults. I highly recommend them!!

Staff is great. My daughter who plays travel softball loves it and they built a custom workout program for her being a pitcher. Highly recommend for athletes of all ages regardless of sport.

My daughter been going here a few months. Love how every plan is different on where the athelete is at and not just 10-15 kids in a class doing the same workouts.

My 14 year old went to APL prior to his Freshman year of football. Vinny did a great job creating a system that was sport specific. There is a big difference between “lifting weights” and training to be an athlete. Vinny understands how to get results on the field by using the correct movements and applications that actually translate to each athletes specific sport. There’s a big difference between training to be a body builder and training for high level athletics. My son made big strides with APL. Nothing but good things to say.

My kids absolutely love APL!!! Coach Vinny and Coach Alyx are amazing coaches!!! They have been going for the past year and it has helped them gain a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle and I love how they come home and teach me what they learn. It has helped them become focused and motivated to make postive choices that will ultimately improve their futures.

My 12 year old son started going to APL late summer 2023. Since then, I have seen noticeable improvement in my son’s speed and strength. He has tried other gyms in the area before, but he has enjoyed coming to this one the most by far.

ive been working with APl since freshman year and i am now a junior and the results have definitely shown, ive put on 40 pounds since freshman year and gained lots of velo considering i am a baseball pitcher, would highly recommend to anyone trying to start lifting?

Such an amazing place to be. I’m so happy to be part of the APL Family. I made the decision to stop just going the the gym and really focusing on becoming a better athlete. Vinny along with the rest of the staff have been so supportive of my goals that after working hard for for the last 7 months I am now playing soccer at a collegiate level.Even my 11 year old son who also plays sports enjoys the training sessions with other young athletes.None have this would have been possible with out THE ALTALMONT PERFORMANCE LAB .
