Trucker! It's ok! There's no shipping/ receiving office!! You check in with a virtual Guard at the gate! If you have non inventory load the time is 0800-1500 get inside door near dock 104 and talk to the radio at the fence gate .. good luck luck

Horrible place to work. The HR department people are inexperienced. The Spanish managers will hire their own and get rid of other people. The manager will set you up to fail! Then, they will put you on a warning ⚠️ status. Then fire you. Watch out for this manager named Jose!!! He will come in and leave the next minute.

Nothing wrong with the product, been using it for years. Amazon deliveries however have gotten really flaky in the last 4 months. I've had a subscription delivery for 40 lbs of cat litter for probably two years now. Never had any problems, it's always been delivered to the front door with no damage. 4 months ago, they delivered to the complex clubhouse even though it clearly says deliver to address. So, the staff (young women) in the club house has to move this around and then I have to go pick it up. 3 months ago, same thing. Last month, delivered to the front door. Today, they delivered it to the club house again and this time they dropped the box at least twice making the pictured mess. The Amazon CSR told me they are using USPS and not their own drivers. I've canceled my subscription and will just pick it up at the store. It was a good service while it lasted.

I really enjoyed working here for 3 weeks. I hope that anyone who applies to working here knows that everyone in stocking is kind and respectful. They have no issue on help those who are starting off. The only down side is that after lifting heavy things. Just 4 hours alone makes your legs give out on you. They don't really have a carpets that keep your feet comfortable. Other then the shoes but they usually don't help after 2 hours. Besides that the manager is really understanding and everyone trys to keep us safe. I don't recommend for those who can barely handle standing for 2 hours. They have other spots in this warehouse but they also require you to stand for 10 hours.

My spouse currently works here as 'seasonal' help. Mostly he has been ok but he has had to move to different area's during his shift. He change his area and work on the loading dock. The 'full time' dock people didn't actually do any work once he got there. They both just used the 'seasonal workers' to do the work. The job of unloading trucks should require steel toed shoes but they did not require it. He come home with bruises all over his arms and legs and a hurt foot from where some boxes had fallen on it. He did report this the next day but nobody seemed to care. I'm sure the dock area is not the only area where "full-time" employee's "cry wolf" and say they need more help and then when the help gets there they just step back and do nothing while the 'seasonal' help does all the work. I expected more out of Amazon. I at least expected them to require standard safety clothing like steel toed shoes in an area where you are unloading trucks....not just shorts, tennis shoes, and a T-shirt. Very disappointed in the way Amazon is treating their 'seasonal' workers.

Horrible management, on your behind about every tiny thing you do. Doesn’t matter if you do something wrong or not. I especially don’t like one of the managers Purvis. Don’t care that I’m throwing him under the bus. Even though he wasn’t my manager he was on my behind more than my own manager. And when they let me go it wasn’t even my own manager that let me go.

I got here for the delivery , at the security gate when I checked in the guard told me to back into the door and disconnect the truck so I did, after 2 hours yard driver came and said you are not suppose to be here, disconnect and go find park somewhere, which I have been checked already in bobtail parking which was full and I explained to him and he said park by no parking zone(redline) , if I do that by myself earlier then they would get maid and they don’t let the truck go out either . No complete instructions when truck arrived
