I tried selecting a negative 1 star but this app won't allow anything lower than 1.Firstly, it's apparent that they don't need my business because I called to inquire on group health insurance and the clerk answering the phone said they will call me back. I waited 3 days but no return call so I called back and they said the same thing again. Waited another 3 days and same thing, no call. I called a 3rd time and again she said we'll get back to you. Here I am, 3 days again and no call. Sheeesh, how do these people stay in business?

Phillip & Rhoda are awesome! I'm a Financial Advisor and always try look for the best value (not just the cheapest). My son just got his driver's license and my old insurance company more than doubled my premium- without adding a car! Anderson is a broker so they were able to run quotes from several companies and Phillip answered a hundred different questions about price vs coverage and value for what you get etc. They literally saved me thousands, they provide personalized local service, and they are great people. What more could you want?

ASI is awesome! I'm sorry I don't have names, but everyone there I've spoken with has been friendly and professional. I was referred to them while looking for homeowner's insurance. I was happy with their service and purchased a policy. They later offered to get a quote for my car but we're not pushy about it. I asked them to start a quote, and they found me better coverage at half the price I was paying. I also provided them with my incorrect bank account information. They handled the error for me and kept me informed. They have been so helpful every step of the way. Definitely would recommend giving them a call.
