I ordered online here because I needed part today. The website said it was instock. A few hours later, I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. I got there, and they said they don't have it and ordered it from another store. They also said they never told me it was ready. I showed them the email saying it was ready for pick up, and they just said well its not, so come back another day. I wasted my time, gas, wear, and tear on my truck because they said it was ready and I received nothing.

Absolutely the nicest people I've ever met at an autoparts store. Saw me covered and break dust after fillong a nail in my tire and put air in my tire free of charge.

Went here to get replacement bulb for headlight. Frank looked it up for me and helped me find it. After purchase he offered to help me replace it. Wonderful customer service. Above and beyond. Thank you.

I went to the AutoZone in Tracy and my headlights didn’t show up in the computer, but Tony took the time to come out and look at what kind of light I had and they did carry it. He took them off replaced them and I was on my way. He was so personable and helpful. I would absolutely come here again for all my needs from now on.

Though sometimes the staff is low, the cashier guided me to their clean bathroom when i asked,most employees are knowledgeable in the car field and will help you with your questions

2-1-2024...1p.m. This experience & 5 star kudos goes to Isaac for excellent customer service. The reason for my visit to the Tracy Auto Zone was to replace an alternator that was under warranty I had purchased from a Auto Zone in Oakland a couple of years ago...(always purchase lifetime parts it's worth it) . This transaction went smooth...unfortunately the new alternator was a dud, left me stranded and drained my battery. after it was installed. The car was towed 40 miles back to the shop. My mechanic de-installed the dud alternator & battery then I called Issac...yeah I was heated but Issac took care of everything...Replaced the battery which wasn't under warranty, got me a new alternator and covered the reinstalling cost to my mechanic...Much props to Issac thankx man...

Very professional. Even though I couldn't get the type of battery I needed, but the gentleman who helped me was super. He went all the way to help me check on what similar to replace mine. No luck on finding it but his help & effort was greatly appreciated.

Very helpful staff. Isaac helped me install the headlights in the car. The front desk also made sure they have the product over the call before I actually go to the store for purchase.

Item I wanted was not in stock, manager offered to have it brought in from another store by 4pm. Great customer service!!! The store was stocked and clean....they have about everything! I will definitely return!
