Once again bank of America has proven their lack of compassion is company wide. And making money is thier first priority. I took two checks in to ccash these were donations for my husbands funeral. They charged me $8.per check. Even after I ex explained what they were. Maybe that's not a big amount but when you lose your partner and the income it's a big deal. Way to go B of A. You must be so proud!

Exceptional customer service by Hector. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Happy we always get him each time we need something. Our favorite branch!

This location went down the drain since the other manager left, long waits usually 1 teller during prime time. The new slow walking guy that walks the floor not much help.

It's good. But you have to be careful when you go through the drive thru: in regards to pick up trucks. Put your side mirrors in before going in and make sure you are using your head.

Worst BofA I've been too. They've ruined my requested service of foreign currency as they are closed without any notification and had to call main bofa to cancel my order. Incompetent idiots!!!

Been coming here for the past 5 years as it's the only local BofA to me and it's still the same issues. There's no point in saying anything other than that really, but it's just ridiculous that nothing has changed in all this time. Generally, it's only 1-2 tellers and a line of frustrated customers. And I don't know if it's the BofA systems or what, but why does everything take so much longer here than at other banks?! Also, the Manager started helping people from the back of the line, before others who'd been there long before. When I asked him about it, he first said, "I'm not a teller", but said he'd take care of me and proceeded to walk off. I ended up being helped by a nice teller doing her job with a smile. But management here is unfortunately as bad as it gets IMO.

Literally busy every second of every day. Long lines and they take forever too help you. Its quite ridiculous....

Always short staffed, manager is clumsy and doesn’t know how customer service. For simple things like wire transfers it takes them hrs and even then they couldn’t get that right. Made a huge mistake creating a business account with these guys.Do yourself a favor, don’t bank with them. I think Wells Fargo is much more user friendly for both personal and business accounts.
