“I don’t know why so many negative reviews. Bought a name brand cycle dirt cheap off market place. Novice here as far as upkeep and fixing of bikes is concerned. Visited the store thinking that the bike needs a service/ tune up. Ed was not only helpful but also advised against it. He greased the brakes, turned the wheels, checked the air pressure, and done.
He could have charged $100+ for a tune up if he wanted but he didn’t.
All the people complaining about the staff being rude, I disagree!! Be respectful and get respected.”
