This place is beyond terrible , Bidrl has been going downhill for some time now , anyone that's been buying here for any amount of time knows this , products used to be higher end and nice , now the norm is crappy products and usually damaged as well. Top that off with rude minimum wage staff , and you now has a business that is going to be gone soon .

They are fraud. Have absurd days and time for pickup and then they charge you for reposting which is absolute fraud.

Very slow in handling customers. Expect long wait times if you are coming on weekends. Try to pickup on weekdays if possible.
If you can organize stuff based on customer’s name/orders, that would be better. The average time waited is around an hour.

It’s a mess coming in here and not worth it. If I could I would give this place negative stars for rude customer service and very unhappy employees. You can’t even get a hello, please or thank you. They do not need our business.

What is sad, Tracy BidRL, this particular location chooses NOT to post if an item is damaged or does not power. Unlike Elk Grove, Antioch, and Stockton locations do. My suggestion, stay away from Tracy BidRL.

Buyer BEWARE of their online bidding. They don't test any of their electronic items. We recieved junk once we got our items home. Lawn mower that was totally broken and a coffee machine that didn't work. I get the whole "you get what you pay for" but come on, they should at least test the items to see if they at least turn on. They are selling trash and getting away with it. No return policy either..... don't waste your time or money to take chances. I'd rather pay full price and be able to return or utilize the warranty.

Didnt know stored closed at 2 when i last checked it said 5 so i drove 2 hrs to pick up my item i asked if there was anyway i can grab it he said were closed dont have 5he free time to be driving around so i wasted my time

I am very disappointed with Bid RL. I have added 2 payment card and non of them are approved by the Admin yet.(over a week ago). I can't make payment.And they sending me reminder for late fee.

They don't do pick-up extensions even for small items like a mouse and headphones. They don't mention this in their terms of service. So you only find out once you pay. They also refuse to refund. Terrible customer service.Also not very accessible. Right next to Macy's, but park in the back by sears automotive for fastest access with cart.

0 stars just because the women that work here are total jerks. Such a terrible attitude. If you don't enjoy your job, find another one. The sad part is, is that I think they are the owners or family of the owner? I don't know but I come here at least once a week and these women are always in a god awful mood and are always rude to customers. It's sad because I do love the bins, but the terrible attitudes at the checkout counter is a total turn off.

The customer service is very disrespectful to customer . They do not have enough shopping cart and if you use their bag you have to pay for it they do not care if you know their policy or not!!!!It is not worth it to buy from the store and let them make money out of you if they don’t respect the customer .

Went on a Thursday thinking the selection would be a bit more better than the weekend. However there wasn't really that much selection mostly Halloween stuff. Can't really maneuver around with the basket.
