Unprofessional! I drove all the way to big 5 because it says they open at 10:00am went there at 10:06am and told me they open in 30mins because they’re not ready to open!
That's ridiculous, I have somewhere to be and can't wait 30min! Irresponsible and Unprofessional! If you open a 10 than OPEN at 10! Because you not being prepared is not my problem! Change the time to open to 10:30am if you need more time!

Was there today at tracy store. Young skinny guy was busy watching youtube video became rude when i asked him where an item is located. At noon time 8/4/24

Came to the location to get a few things. They are suppose to be open at 9:30am. I showed up at 10:40am. When I pulled up the two gentlemen that was working there. Was standing out side, in the parking lot just having a conversation. When they finally went into the store I walked up and they said to wait 10 min. They have not even open the store yet. I just left. While I was leaving there was 6 to 7 people waiting out side.

Very bad experience, especially with ADAM, I drove an hour to buy some household items and he told me that he had them and then he told me ooooo but I don't have the key 🔐 you can come back another day and only Wednesday and Thursday was the special one 👎be careful with those workers who are just going to spend their time and not what the client wants🤬

I love this store when I need something specific. I had never been to the Tracy location, I was surprised how clean the store was and organized. On the second visit, the customer service was awful by the supervisor on duty.. Signs were not marked properly. He wouldn't honor what the sale sign clearly stated. They lost out on a $200 Sale....but if someone else was working, I'm sure everything with customer service would have been different because the rest of Staff I've had help with their have been amazing!!***Sale sign said winter blankets, 75% off. 2 signs up over each half of the display. He told me it was select blankets, and they were marked. I went back over, and none of them were marked. Signs didn't say selected or marked. Watch the sales, and I spent an hour picking out blankets for the homeless. I was so disappointed.
