Big Lots is great place to buy house hold items including many other regularly required house stuff. This is only Big Lots, Tracy between Livermore and Manteca/Stock. There is no Big Lots in Mountain House so far.

I got some really awesome clearance items, and the associate who processed my purchase was very friendly, and I enjoyed talking to her. The manager that was on duty was rude and acted like she was annoyed with the customers. The stores stocked pretty well. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The worst one I have ever see, and I had someone follow me around the store while I looked at things, so I bought a lot less than I would have. Overall, if you have a plan when you go in...go for it, if not AVOID this location!!!

Horrible experience. I used the restroom and both stalls were out of seat covers and toilet paper! 11am too!! Which to me means, no one cleans and stocks these stalls! Disgusting! Oh, and no paper towels either.

This is the Big Lots store that I purchase from the most. I notice that the Manager Vanessa is one of the most consistently helpful person that I have encountered at any Big Lots store. It's pretty amazing. One time I was in the store looking for a clothes iron and she saw me searching and walked me over to the irons. The next occasion she helped me and got a storage container from the top shelf. This occasion, I saw her helping a lady who wanted to return an item and she was professional, polite and accommodating. On this visit I paid for my items and also had a table for pick up. Veronica and Vanessa helped me load the table into the car. I suddenly remembered that I had a coupon that I didn't apply to the purchase that I just made. Veronica voided all the items and it was a lot, then entered all the items again so I could apply my coupon. Now that's customer service. Vanessa and Veronica always exceed my expectations.
