Literally the worst experience ever. If i could give one star i would. For the past 3 years they've done my taxes for FREE because they messed up so badly and gave me the run around. Anytime i would bring up a mistake or an issue they would have no idea how it happened. Im only 26 so my taxes arent hard, im single, no kids, no assets, really simple stuff but they always seemed to mess something up. All their locations have 3 stars or less so that says a lot. Never going here again and you shouldn't either. The only reason i kept going back is because my dad bugged me to but im trying to convince him to go somewhere else too.

I just completed my first tax return with Block Advisors and my experience was so seamless and easy. Edith was my tax advisor and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, thorough and kind throughout the process - and I am more than confident that she got me the best return I could've qualified for. I had never worked with a tax advisor or H&R Block before, but I will definitely be back to work with Edith again next year!

If you are looking to find a helpful tax preparer who will do everything they can to get you the most tax breaks they can at an affordable cost, please don't come here. This was the first time in all of my years of getting my taxes done that I had to pay almost nine thousand dollars to the feds. At the same time I had to pay them over 400 dollars for the service. Thanks but no thanks! Next time I will go somewhere else. What a rip-off! Take it from me, if you want to make money instead of be in deb for the rest of the year, don't do service with Block Advisors. They suck!
