Horrible service failed my car for factory part wasted 1 hour of my life for incompetence wouldn't recommendUpdate to my car the very next day to all pro smog showed them and told them with California smog said and why they failed my vehicle all pro smog said that is fine and my car passed without an issue so once again incompetence and horrible service from California smog I really hope all the 5 stars are not from family and friends because I can't be the only person that was treated so bad and to waste time and money for incompetence I would not recommend this place at all

Not friendly at all. Because of a piece of tape, that lady and the guy made me go all the way home which was 35 miles away, and changed a hose. Then the next day charged me again to retest. I hope the stars are not from family or friends to attract customers.

Excellent customer service from Razia & her brother. Getting a smog was no hassle. Lobby is nice and clean. Parking is accessible. We'll be coming here from now on!

This place is fast and pretty responsive if you call they are guaranteed to answer and I promise the lady on the other end of the call is willing to help you. I've brought a few of my cars here for smog and have been able to pay for my dmv renewals right there on the spot. Best place in town with great customer service!

This place is a one stop shop. We needed a smog check to renew our vehicle's registration. Drove to the other place where I got it before, but that place was closed so I went and looked up another one here that are open on that day (it was Columbus day so some place were closed that day). I found this place and called them up to see if they were open and if we can come by and do a smog check. I was told I needed an appointment, and sure enough made one the same day and was relieved. Since we were already in the area and close to the appointment time, we drove to their place straight away. Located in Tracy Downtown. I got in and gave all the needed paperwork and inquired about registering it there too. Pulled my vehicle, crossed my fingers it will pass the smog check and to my relief, it did!. I didn't want to drive to the DMV, fall in line and waste time so I decided to have them do the registration as well. Their prices were so affordable that it's a plus for me that I found this place. The person helping me were also very pleasant, soft spoken and nice so this place definitely hits the spot. I will continue doing business with them and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of service.
