“in 2021, we had Luisa help with a rush request to install carpet for our house to be ready for our move in in 3weeks . We met just once to see their inventory, then all others were via phone/text from catalogs/order/payment/scheduling.. went super smooth, we moved in with carpet ready.
I esp appraise their customer service and after-sales service. Even after 4 yrs, Louisa greeted me and scheduled an excellent technician to re-stretch the bulging carpets in some areas. Free of charge and the schedule was in the same week as I called. Technician is great this time, got the job done with good result and vacuumed, super friendly guy!
Louisa is the same friendly and efficient, thank you.”

“It was a pleasure working with Mr. Kipp. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and patient. Did a fabulous job with our flooring. We've already recommended him to our friends.”
