My experience with Certified Collision Center was amazing!
I received excellent customer service.
The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
They communicated with my insurance adjuster to get the process started, which made me feel very comfortable with leaving my vehicle at the Tracy location.
Thanks a Million Certified Collision Center for the amazing job well done!

I got rear ended and the at-fault party’s insurance recommended I get an estimate with this shop. I assumed from the beginning that if they’re referring me here, they’re probably cutting costs somewhere but was not expecting to learn that a used bumper would be put on my car. I’m so grateful I decided to get another estimate at a shop I trust because they’re the one that pointed this out along with the fact that certified collision would’ve been overlooking several things that would require repair in addition to the bumper. The initial estimate from certified was about $1700 (red flag for a 2022 vehicle) and the actual cost of repairs with the trusted shop came out to around $3500. Huge difference.
I also saw the bad reviews here about the shops professionalism and can certainly say that checks out. When I walked into the shop I wasn’t really greeted and the staff was cussing up a storm behind the desk which is kind of trashy imo.
2 stars because I didn’t actually get work done here but I’m so glad I didn’t.

Certified Collision Center of Tracy exceed our expectations in all ways. There staff was extremely friendly and kept us updated throughout the entire repair process. The physical repair to the vehicle was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
We highly recommend this facility for your vehicles collision repair needs.

Not satisfied with my experience. took over a month for repairs. upon first contacting Certified I felt more like a suspect than a customer. My mistake was trusting them to do the right thing. Big mistake. the end result was terrible. Jason said he was going to make things right but he never did. I eventually went to another body shop to get things corrected which they did a better job that certified. I'll never use this Certified Collision location ever again.
Now my locking system isn't working properly. Never had this problem before. Certified had to remove my dashboard. I wonder if they didnt hook something back up correctly. I can't trust them to fix it. Here's more money out of my pocket due to poor workmanship.

Awful body shop, took very long with the repairs only to found out parts were stolen from my vehicle. Don't know why triple a has not taken them off their list.

zero stars if possible, recommend AAA to take them out of their list. This has been the slowest and most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates at all i had to chase them everyday and visit the workshop everyday , My car is been there for 1.5 months and No updates yet.Very very poor customer service.i end up paying car rental out of pocket because of the delays from at their end.. , I dont recommend any one going here.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK TO THIS SHOP. Attention New Customers: This was the worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop please read other people comments too. I don't know how this company stay in business. poor customer service, this is the place for you. No proper updates or response at all, Its 1.5 months and car is not delivered to me yet and i get the same update every time i call them . i am not sure when will get my car back and i have been paying the rental out of my pocket. Please dont go here .

Well, I'll keep it short. They worked on my bumper last year, March 2022. The bumper came apart. When I went back I was told they would call me when the bumper kit arrived. I was told the part was coming from Japan. I called evert month or two and I was told the same thing every call. Parts are on back order. It is now June 2023 and I haven't received as much as one courtesy call. Be aware consumers. Good luck.

I was a vendor for this company for years. A few weeks ago they called me in to put a stripe back on a car but it was a tape stripe and I don't do tape. I charged them a service charge to come out but they stopped payment on the check. I called them but they won't return my calls. I'd call that cheating the vendor.

Attention New Customers: please read other people comments too. I don't know how this company stay in business. If you like lies, excuses and poor customer service, this is the place for you. I had a minor damage to my truck. It was estimated for $7K to fix it by this dumb ass guy Matt and promised to fix it in three weeks. It turned out to be almost 4 months and the cost went up to $11K. Imagine not having your car for almost 4 months. They don't give a shit about your personal life. I had to take a personal leave from my job because of this shit. Stay away as far as possible from this company. Did I mention that I lost all my tools and they blamed me for leaving it with the truck? Also, for not reading the fine print.

I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Although they did a decent job on the body work of my vehicle, while my vehicle was in their care for a total of 33 days, it was severely damaged by water. Upon receiving my vehicle back once I got home I realized the damage. Mold & mildew throughout the vehicle and water throughout the vehicle. The smell was horrible as well. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he claims he didn't know how it happened. I brought the vehicle back in to them and they blew the car dry and tried to hide the scent by stuffing fabric softeners and spraying air freshener in it. Totally unacceptable. After going back & fourth with them and the insurance, my vehicle was finally taken to an outside source to be cleaned properly. This entire ordeal put me and my family at risk for health issues due to the mold and mildew in my vehicle. The negligence and incompetence caused by this body shop is absolutely appalling. And their lack of compassion made it even worst. Do not take your vehicle here. You will regret it.

This has been the slowest most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates, overspray everywhere, nothing lined up, they went to polish and burned through the finish they had just applied. It looks like they don't strain their paint before applying, there was dust and imperfections all over. It took 3 weeks to receive an estimate and the truck was there for 1.5 months before they "finished". I had to take my truck back and it is still there 1.5 weeks later.

This place is the most unorganized shop I have ever been too. They Told me my car should take 3 days to repair and it was over a month. They would tell me something different every time I called. I even had to call my insurance co to let them know about their customer service. There was another lady and her son in there and was having the same complaints as me.
