zero stars if possible, recommend AAA to take them out of their list. This has been the slowest and most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates at all i had to chase them everyday and visit the workshop everyday , My car is been there for 1.5 months and No updates yet.Very very poor customer service.i end up paying car rental out of pocket because of the delays from at their end.. , I dont recommend any one going here.

I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Although they did a decent job on the body work of my vehicle, while my vehicle was in their care for a total of 33 days, it was severely damaged by water. Upon receiving my vehicle back once I got home I realized the damage. Mold & mildew throughout the vehicle and water throughout the vehicle. The smell was horrible as well. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he claims he didn't know how it happened. I brought the vehicle back in to them and they blew the car dry and tried to hide the scent by stuffing fabric softeners and spraying air freshener in it. Totally unacceptable. After going back & fourth with them and the insurance, my vehicle was finally taken to an outside source to be cleaned properly. This entire ordeal put me and my family at risk for health issues due to the mold and mildew in my vehicle. The negligence and incompetence caused by this body shop is absolutely appalling. And their lack of compassion made it even worst. Do not take your vehicle here. You will regret it.

This has been the slowest most unprofessional and horrible workmanship experience i have ever had at a body shop. No updates, overspray everywhere, nothing lined up, they went to polish and burned through the finish they had just applied. It looks like they don't strain their paint before applying, there was dust and imperfections all over. It took 3 weeks to receive an estimate and the truck was there for 1.5 months before they "finished". I had to take my truck back and it is still there 1.5 weeks later.

This place is the most unorganized shop I have ever been too. They Told me my car should take 3 days to repair and it was over a month. They would tell me something different every time I called. I even had to call my insurance co to let them know about their customer service. There was another lady and her son in there and was having the same complaints as me. I would not recommend this place to no one.Services: Painting

Terrible experience. Will never use them again. Work took much longer than quoted. When we finally got car back so much overspray on windows and car was filthy inside. Also side view mirror was not installed correctly. Had to fix it ourselves. Just an overall BAD experience.

They stink! My 80 year old moms car came back missing the plate that holds the window switches and door lock. I had to hound them for a week before they called me back.I am telling you,.. you will be sorry if you use this company!

This place is horrible and their staff is terrible they make false promises and put you on for 30+ minutes especially when it's almost time for closing they're not reliable at all very shady

My car was hit and damaged along the driver's side. My neighbors thought it was not salvageable . The repair took awhile, because of parts not being delivered or lack of inventory. Although, my car looks like new again. Customer service was great

In my opinion from being a former employee MY OPINION, is that this company is extremely shady. From the very moment I arrived with this company it has been nothing but trouble. Customers have always been a priority to me when working with any company, but for some reason when it comes to this company IN MY OPINION the other workers/office people/manager have no respect for their CLIENTS. I've seen it day after day! I sincerely apologize to any CLIENT who's came to this company and has felt as if you are not being properly taken care of. These people IN MY OPINION do not care about nobody, but getting paid.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK TO THIS SHOP.I got into an accident back in March. My brother and I started our own plumbing company and unfortunately the accident happend on one of our trucks. Well let me start off with saying this is one of the most unreliable shops I've been to in Tracy. To start off when they did the estimation in the beginning they told my insurance it would only take 5K to fix it. Well after a couple of days my insurance called back and told us that they had done the estimate again because it wasn't done properly the first time. This time the estimate came but 9k more bringing it to nearly 15k total. I know its not something I should be worried about but that is only the beginning. After that C.C.C called us in an set an appointment to sign paperwork and get the process started there we received an email where C.C.C PROMISED us the due date of June 26th. Time passed we assumed everything was going accordingly until June 25th when we called to confirm the truck would be available. Jeff(manager) told me that the truck would still not be ready that we would receive a call back to give us a different date. August 17th I called back since neither C.C.C or Mercury insurance would give us an update. I spoke to a lady (receptionist i believe) who was checking why the truck was so delayed, she told me she spoke with Jeff who gave her all the details and the reason was because they had some back ordered parts, now she told me they would arrive within the week and that the truck would be ready on the 26th of August and we would get a call back to verify. We never received a call so I showed up to the shop on Tuesday August 23rd to see what was going on. I spoke to Jeff where he told me they were waiting on 1 part that was B.O. , he told me he would call me the day after to give me a new date. Yesterday Jeff called and said that they cannot get the piece, that due to that one piece been back ordered we would not get the truck back till mid or end of October. The way this shop is and has been according to the reviews is absurd DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK TO THIS SHOP.

Dropped off my car here on the 5th of April after I was rear ended. I thought the process would be smooth or someone would communicate with me throughout the repairs, none of that happened! It's been over 21/2 months and I still don't have my car. I keep getting false promises from Micheal about how he'll call and let me know what's going on and how he'll help with the rental deductible to offset my payments, NOTHING! I would not recommend them to anyone they're not professional at all.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop. The first time I went so I could get an estimate, the lady on the phone schedule me for the wrong day. One of the guys still gave me an estimate but they kept me waiting in the room for nearly 50 minutes!! Not only was as frustrating as I was the second person in line and they were doing nothing but talking in the back room, but I was also late to work!! I really don't understand how a simple estimate could take 50 minutes!!! When they gave me my rental vehicle two days later, they made me wait even longer than what they said they would. This also made me late to work!!! The guy said it would take five minutes to sign some papers and have the vehicle ready for me... this ended up not being such a big problem as the guy who helped me out told me that my car would be ready by Monday which would be three days later. Monday comes and I do not receive a call. I called them on Monday and they say it will be ready by Friday that week. I called on Friday and then they tell me that they are still waiting on some parts and that it will be ready by the worst on Thursday the upcoming week. Thursday comes and they tell me that they will have it for sure by Tuesday because they received parts on cars that were there since January and that those are prioritized. TUESDAY COMES AND THEY FINALLY SAY THEY WILL GIVE ME MY VEHICLE. They tell me they will call me at around 3 to tell me when to pick it up as they were going to wash it and do something else that i did not comprehend. He asked if I could pick it up the day after and I said no, as I asked for it done BY TUESDAY LIKE THEY SAID. 3pm comes and I don't receive a call. They closed at 5 without giving me a call... they were just trying to get an extra day to finish whatever they were still not done with. I AM PAYING $350 PER MONTH TO NOT DRIVE MY CAR THIS MONTH. This is absolutely unacceptable, these guys show that they do not care at all about their customers or their needs. These people do not stick to their word and completely disregard that their customers are relying on them to have their car by the time stated by the repair shop. All they could offer was a sorry a** excuse when I told them that my car had very little damage to the Driver side door and that this shouldn't take this long to fix it. Do not ever go here if you need your car fixed within a certain time range or if you need your car fixed at all as a matter of fact. These people don't care about their customers, as they make them wait weeks to have their cars fixed, and inexcusable amounts of time to give estimates and get back onto the phone with customers. If I could raise zero stars I absolutely wholeheartedly would. Update: I just now saw how my car looks in the sun, the light exposes the absolute sh** job they did polishing my car. Trash business, trash job, no respect, nothing.

I would like to give a big thank you to Victor the manager and his team for taking my car back in to make sure my car issues are ok. They took my car and picked it up at my house they also provided me with a rental which I am very thankful for because I told Victor some personal issues and he helped me out a lot. He gave me the best customer service and he made me feel so comfortable. I got my car back today they literally checked everything I pointed out. Turns out everything's is ok and my brakes are also ok as well. I got all the paper work that proves everything is ok. They fixed the paint protector as well. They even took there time to clean my car. I most definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much!
