Chase facilities management really needs to do something about the air conditioning in the vestibule at this location. It was 92 degrees in Tracy today and 100+ degrees inside the ATM vestibule. No ventilation. It's been like this the past couple times I've visited the ATM. This is dangerous. Please get this fixed.

One teller on a Saturday. Stood in line way too long. No consideration for other people’s time.

Customer service is not great. Often when I come in there they tell me or my mother what we "can do at the ATM instead or on the app" and there is always no one in line! I feel rushed. And when I come inside to ask a question the banker is out and they tell me to wait for him because he has to go to lunch but the banker does not even make an appointment with me. I have been a chase customer for over 10 years but customer service at this location does not reflect it.

This is the worst branch that exists in chase, the staff here heading with his manager Vu Nguyen are the most unprofessional people, Esperanza Trejo and Ingrid are the encharged to kick out to the customers around 5:30 pm because they don't want to work , they create rules like to make appointments for open a checking accounts , they close your accounts if you asking for explanations, ok I have good news for everybody was mistreat for this people go to helpmybank.gov create a complaint about your bad experience and this complaint is going directly to the Corporate Office , we are not alone they need to know what kind of people they have in their branch .

Esperanza just get fired already!! Most Unprofessional- teller ever ever ever. Curly hair bigger size. Rude. Didn't even count my $ after withdrawing with a comma within my withdrawal.. she didn't ask for any security identification other than "insert your card"(b!tchy tone) Far as I know you should always ask for Id, current home address before taking that Amount of cash out with a comma .. at least? What if I was a crook and found this card and somehow the pin #, but don't matter though. She was rude and made me feel like I was stupid for asking "don't you need my ID?" She goes "no" Customer service was very poor and look like she was lazy and hated her job. If you some how read this and matter fact idk if this the accurate name on the receipt is her but says "Esperanza". ES-CORT your unhappy azzz outta there ASAP. Or at least fake it till you make it if they chase is going to pay you hourly being rude to loyal chase customer. Management revaluate on this employee that's ruining your reputation. I could of gone to any other chase and I'm from out of town and I decided to go the extra mile and traffic for this location. Simple service goes along way to customers. Haha I just read the other reviews and it's the same rude b!tch. Curly hair, bigger size/ well you'll know who she is when you go to this chase- you'll get her poor rude unprofessional service right away! !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with my mother to open an account, we signed in and sat down. Ten minutes passed and no contact. Twenty minutes passed and no contact whatsoever. 30 minutes in and no contact. Finally I made my way to the teller to ask "is there anyone that can help us? We have been sitting there for 35 mins?" She made a phone call to one of the bankers and he came back saying the other female banker would be done in 10 minutes or less. Here I am 42 minutes walking into this branch and not receiving any service whatsoever. The slim gentleman with the slicked back hair was with NOBODY staring as his computer for the entire time. I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS BRANCH AGAIN. Not even the tellers walking back and forth contacted me to see if I was doing alright. Due to this experience I'm even thinking of switching banks. This branch is straight up garbage. Save yourself the hassle.

Every time I go to this location (since it's closest to me) the tellers never want to actually help. They just want you out of there so they can finish their day and go home. I've encountered teller 'Esperanza' several times now and have had maybe 1/10 she's in a good enough mood to help. Today was the worst of all of the occasions though. Today I tried to call and set up an appointment with a banker to get a few things together and she kept trying to get me to just do it online. I understand that some things are easier online but I needed to come in and sit down with someone because it was very important for it to be done fast and efficiently. She was so rude and made me feel embarrassed to even try and set an appointment. I'm banking at a different location from now on. I love chase bank but this location needs better hiring standards. No customer service.

Went to this location to open a checking account this morning. Sat in the waiting area for five minutes while the banker held a personal conversation, laughing and carrying on. Since I was not being acknowledged in the waiting area I then stood in line to talk to a teller. When it was my turn I told her tell her that I would like to see about opening a checking account to which she replied she would get her banker. Was told to go back to the waiting area which I did, and sat there again while the banker continued her personal conversation, the lady she was talking to had her car keys in her hand and was standing, so I was pretty sure that it wasn't bank related. In a nutshell, I went to go give these people my money and they didn't want it. Maybe they haven't heard of yelp.

I wanna give a huge shoutout to Selena. Me and my gf came in looking for more information about getting an auto loan, and honestly she didn't even have to help us or call other car dealers but she literally went out her way to provide us other options since my gf did not get approved. Because of her we were able to get my gf a new car. She was so patient and she definitely made us feel comfortable and accepted. Glad that we ran into her I honestly wouldn't know what could've happened if we didn't meet her.

Today, My mother went to deposit some checks and decided to stand in line. When she was next she stepped towards the counter with her recently operated foot and gave the teller Esperanza the checks and proceeded to be helped. Suddenly, a man who was sitting on the couches with his leg up in the air drinking his coffee, comes towards my mother and starts yelling profanities towards her. He continues to yell this, I quote "Move, I'm next, F@&$@ Mexican". You would think while this obvious Racist Man continues to pour his hatred at this harmless woman a manager would intervene; he doesn't. He apparently watches from afar while the teller decides to hand my mother her checks back, cancel her transaction and proceed to help this disgusting human without morals. Also, to add the cherry onto, the teller Esperanza decided to inform my mother that he will be seen because he has pain in his foot. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â I decided to read the code of conducts for chase employees and i came upon this Gem, "The firm prohibits discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, citizenship status, creed, religion, religious affiliation, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, and any other status protected under any applicable law. Each of us is responsible for ensuring implementation of this policy and maintaining a business environment free of harassment and intimidation." I want to know why the manager and the teller did not intervene when this situation was happening and why they promoted this behavior. Also, I would like to know who the district manager is for this branch. I can't believe that a company such as this one would let their employees and their managers accept this type of behavior. I can't believe that they didn't take action at this situation and instead of refusing the mans service they helped him with open arms. When you step into this branch just be aware that they will prioritize by your race, color and religion.

Went to the Chase Bank on Tracy Blvd & ATTEMPTED to make a measly $600 CASH deposit into my husbands checking account- & low & behold, no cash deposits are accepted into any account unless your name is on the account... hummmmm.... they will however take a check ... hummmmm... I don't think CASH can be less secure than a personal check?!?! That's excactly why I stick to the small Credit Unions & Charles Schwab! And of course all the teller could tell me was- "that's policy" waaaa-waaaa-waaaaa
