I’ve tried to open an account three times and cannot even start the process because they don’t have enough people working. It is like this at several chase banks in the area, not enough people and VERY long lines. I would happily use a different bank except I need to use Chase for my Zelle account due to monthly limits. No such thing as good customer service at this establishment!

The workers are rude and are too lazy to try to assist with anything. I scheduled an appointment to open an account for my daughter and all she kept saying was you know you could have done this online. I’m aware, but was also trying to teach my young adult how to open an account and deposit money. Every time I go there it’s a problem.

In line today 7 people doing transactions they had 2 tellers and 3 open ATMs there is a reason why people come to a bank for personal banking they might have there life savings in there or have multiple deposits, not comfortable with the ATM or just want to make contact with a real person. They had 2 people back in offices one of them was a manger which she worked at another branch that closed its doors and when they were open I chose to go across town because of the way the branch was run. So today instead of helping people in line she would defer them to a ATM machine instead of taking them and handling business like come over to my office and I will take care of you she would defer to the ATM machine in front of 7 people not taking into account that people might have a question or 2 but to be put on the spot. Some people just have no tact or a want to help or understand people and personal attention. If chase only had ATM machines or online banking would this manager even have a job? Something to think about... or would they have any customers? They would loose my account! Have a nice day!

Booked an appointment to open saving & checking account at 12pm last week (squeeze an hour skip lunch). Someone called me the day before to confirm the appointment. Went there 5 mins early waited until 12:20pm saw the bank rep who I am supposed to meet still working with another customer. I decided to leave and forget about it. Horrible branch management.

Not a very pleasant impression during me and my wife’s visit. I was told to get an appointment to add my spouse in my savings account. We ended up going to another Chase branch about 4miles away they accommodated us as soon as we entered the premises.

Recently visited Tracy branch. There were not many bankers working on that weekend. Me and wife were asked to wait for branch manager to handle our case. Deborah Rosenberg, the Branch Manager really managed the situation very well, she was guiding her team at the same time working with me and wife to resolve our query. Her multi-tasking skills were put to test I guess and she did fantastic and avoided another trip to the bank for us. Really appreciate the way she handled the situation, and we found her very professional and polite. Thankful to her.

They are not attentive to customers physically present in their location. I came in was told their notary wasn’t available, so, I left to have my paperwork notarized elsewhere and when I came back I was told the banker was on the phone. They never advised I would need an appointment. I waited for over 25 minutes and she was still on the phone. Never came or sent anyone to update me on how long I would have to wait. I work in the afternoon until midnight, so I don’t have a lot of time to take care of business. This location is very inconsiderate of their customers time. Will try to limit my business I do with them.

Jacked me for 300 dollars said transaction denied then checked my card and 300 was gone I would not recommend coming here at all I will never again!

Great customer service. Always has at least two tellers open. Never had to wait more then a few minutes. This branch should school the 11th St branch on how it's done.

I waited 45 minutes just to find out that they cannot help me and suggested me to visit near by chase bank.
