I’ve always had great, helpful customer service here. It is a beauty store for licensed cosmetologist so yes, they cannot sell to you if you are not licensed.

This store is a gem. I was helped by this young lady named Julia and she was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and rang me up with a beautiful smile on her face. It totally made my day : ) Ask for her if you land at this store!
