Custom Sounds stands on business! They do great work and have been in business the entire 24 years I lived in Tracy. The owner is always helpful and has never changed all the times I brought my car in. Thank you for being an honest business and going above and beyond! I recommend this place 10/10!

Came in yesterday and place is absolutely terrible, dead roaches on the floor with even a live grass hopper of of sort running around, the prices are always changing using cheap tactics like saying “it’s cheaper too” end up with a way higher cost in the end and the boss seems like he’s super higher and the other guy wasn’t even properly dressed or seemed to have knowledge of a mechanic. The whole places also seems sketchy with the amount of inventory, in general I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place at all they have really gone down from what I’ve heard and witnessed.

I got a quote for a stereo for $1200After 2 weeks a go back and he wanted $1750 for the same item.I ended up buying some where else.I will never go to this place. Really bad energy here.

Did an awesome job on my daughters jeep rubicon. Thoroughly explained to her everything about the alarm that they would install. When she picked up the jeep, went over everything again and how to use it. Can't say enough about this business.
