4:00 pm. 15 people in line. 3 people in back. 1 cashier. Slowest process in the world. Wish this was only the first time but it's every day every time. I'm sure there is a computer that can figure out customer flow vs staffing.

This is a review for my interaction w/the person who answered the phone here. I called to ask how much they would charge to inflate my own balloons w/their helium. The girl was incredibly rude on the phone and had such a nasty attitude, "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE. WE ONLY FILL UP OUR OWN BALLOONS". I was like, "sooo, even if I bring my own balloons, and pay, you won't fill them up?" she's like, "NO!". Someone please give this girl some customer service skills.

we visit this cvs location frequently and majority of the employees are hostile and unwelcoming. the overall vibe of this store is that everyone hates their jobs and they project that onto customers. my biggest complaint about this location is that their closing hours are never aligned with what's advertised online or on their doors and they close any time they choose to, seemingly every day is different. this makes it incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to try to plan for your shopping needs. every time we go it's a gamble on whether or not they'll be open. and we're not the only ones confused. every time it happens to us we see multiple customers before us and after us trying to go in and wondering why they're closed early. lots of empty shelves and hardly any customers. it's a wonder how this location is still open.

I see why this pharmacy has two stars, a simple prescription takes 4 days to fill like really?! so ridiculous and according to the lady on the phone ALL the CVS pharmacy's in the area were all out?? sure.

Always a long line. They have 4/5 people working but always 1 person at the counter. Have to wait 40 mins in a line 6-7 people for a prescription

Long lines every time I go to pick up my meds. Short staffed, etc. Horrible customer service!!

Thank you for going above and beyond. Instead of helping to see if you have a product available, you insisted you don't have it because you were too lazy check for me. Pretty rude.

Placed my order for a required prescription 2 weeks ago. Was told it couldn't be filled until today. Called this am and was told it wouldn't be ready until 9 pm (!). At this point, I'm on my LAST pill, need to take another between 2:00 and 3:00. Was finally able to speak to a live person and they said they would try to move it up to 3:00. Got a notice that it was ready a little before 3:00. Notice says that if I pre-pay, it will save time. What they don't tell you is there isn't a separate line for those who pre-pay. So here I am standing in line. Six people in front of me. That's not saving me any time. It's now 4:01. Not cool.

I switched to this pharmacy because a different CVS wouldn’t get my refills to me on time.. for the last few years I’ve had no issues! I did take a away a star because this location usually only has 1 person working the cash register so the line is lengthy..also there is not a drive through pick up window at this location either.

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. The store itself, terrible. I've literally had to wait in line, no cash register person in sight, and when they do realize someone is there, it looks like you're torturing them in a medieval dungeon to do their job. They all look so incredibly inconvenienced and are rude. Pharmacy wise, those lines are brutal (you'd think that you're waiting for Taylor Swift tickets) and if you want to call, be prepared to be on hold for over 30 minutes. They're curt and equally uninterested in being there. Is CVS not paying these folks livable wages? Are they getting mistreated or what??! Might as well go to the DMV for similar service.
