Clean, friendly staffs. Only con is they can be understaffed for both the Pharmacy dept and the customer service support.

Closed 5 minutes early, was trying to get kids medicine but the lady employee denied me access by keeping the door locked when people exited. Thanks

Really weird experience there today. A male employee was harassing a black lady saying that he worships the devil and was scarring other customers in the store. He then shouted “we are all going to die in the morning” in an attempt to scare the lady so she would leave, I could hear him from the back of the store. He tried to laugh it off saying he was doing whatever he can to get her to leave (he suspected her of shoplifting I think, even though she DID make a purchase). This was weird and unethical behavior to treat anyone that way. I think a manager was in the store and did NOTHING about it. Employees need better training on what is acceptable behavior. He was trying to make the lady look “crazy” but he was the one acting obscene and discriminatory.

Associate Angelo was very nice & helpful as always. I like going to this CVS because most if not all of the associates are very approachable , helpful & nice.

This is a review on the pharmacy long lines, and unorganized. Also long waits for your medication.

The store was great today. I just wanted your employee Skylar. She is always nice and helpful when I have a question. She has been working there for some time. She is always cheerful.

I usually go here for my prescriptions and not much else but the staff in store are super friendly. I was going to 11th street CVS but had nothing but problems at the pharmacy in addition to rude employees. Switched to CVS on Tracy Blvd and service has been wonderful.

I went today to CVS on 11th Street in Tracy CA. The cashier at the entrance was kind but she did not do her job well, I brought a coupon for 30% discount on all the merchandise, first she charged me a hair mousse and gave me the discount, then she charged me separately (because she forgot) 2 packages of COVID-19 tests $30.00 each and she no longer gave me the discount. She told me to send the receipt to my health insurance so that they would reimburse me the money and that the next time I should go straight to the pharmacy and they would take my health insurance so that I would not have to pay. Why didn't she tell me that from the beginning? And since I paid she said she was going to email me my receipt but she NEVER did so I can't charge my health insurance. Very disappointed.

They usually always have what you need in a pinch and if you become a rewards member you can always find a deal ?

Change your hours to match when your actually open, they actually close at 8 per their sign on the door... not very helpful to me or the other 6 people who tried to walk in during the time it took me to write this.

The pharmacy is always a problem. The staff is rude and condescending. Always want to single people out and the will make you wait extra long for medications. Had to wait three weeks for a medication needed for surgery. But they couldn’t get their stuff together apparently. CVS should be ashamed of their pharmacy staff. That’s terrible customer service.

This pharmacy manager shouldn't be working there if she hates it so much. Terrible attitude and will let patients suffer without their medication. It's the PHARMACY manager and her staff that are the problem, not the store. They tend to retaliate against certain customers by making them wait until closing to pick up your meds so beware. No text, no call, no nothing. I don't understand how CVS could employ such a person. I finally filed my first complaint with corporate since 1995. Had enough of her and her lying. It used to be good pharmacy until she came along. Then she wonders why people need their medication.
