Everyone has their own expectations when it comes to shopping for furniture..... you have some people that wants to be followed around ...... and then there's me. greet me then leave me alone until I'm ready to ask you questions lol when I came here that's the energy I got, I was properly greeted both times and I was made aware that if I had any question feel free to ask or they'll check on me in a min. I wasn't followed around I didn't feel pressured or harassed. This place is nice and clean, it even smells good it doesn't smell like 1,million and 1 different in-scents

My wife went in to purchase bedroom furniture. After picking one out, she added an accent chair for the living room and spent a little over $1,200.Well, my wife was on the way home when she received a call from one of the staff that there was a mistake. The staff told my wife to pay a difference of $200 for the accent chair when they come to deliver it. The staff undercharged her and asked my wife to pay for the mistake.Knowing my wife’s thought process, she didn’t want the staff to lose their job. But at the same time, it was the staff’s fault. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. After a few heated and angry exchanges, we settled on $100. Yes, I know I didn’t have to. But I hope that in the future, they will pay more attention to detail on a contract that clearly wrote, “PAID IN FULL” at the bottom; therefore, closing the transaction. It was $200. I can’t believe they’d argue with their customers over that. Unprofessional. As a small business owner such as myself, I’d take the loss so I don’t lose a customer and gain a bad reputation. It’s the quality of the business and not so much the quantity. It will be our last visit.

I recently bought a living room set, ottoman, and an accent chair. While in the store they had a floor model of what I wanted. When delivery came I noticed the ottoman was not wrapped and it had some of the spots I had seen on the floor model, when I inquired was this the floor model delivery person said they didn't know but would have the manager call me in a couple of days. I immediately went to the store and they said the manager wasn't there, 2 days later someone called me and said that the ottoman I ordered wasn't in so they gave me a loaner ottoman until mine comes in along with my chair that was arriving later in the week. I will not patronize their store anymore because that was not good business practice, if I wouldn't have noticed that the ottoman was the floor model they were not going to say anything because no one called me prior to tell me or ask me did I want a loaner.

Brought statue from here but noticed that paint issue with in 2 month and reached the manager , he is saying its burning issue and its not covered but when buying the said any damage will cover . not happy and not trusting their business

I purchased a few items from here in Stockton location , i was looking replacement for chair which they said 1 year warranty but i asked directly manager bu horrible communication skills and extremely poor customer service. also they are taking time to replace also not committing dates for delivering the items , Very dissatisfied in Dila furniture

I purchased a few items from here , when they were in Tracy . Since they moved to Stockton the service it’s horrible !!! I paid for 2 items to be delivered on the same date , only one was delivered and I called them to see where was the other item . I was told to wait another week , I waited and waited , I’m still waiting and the delivery date was over a month ago , I call them and each person tells me a different thing about the Item I already paid for .. horrible communication skills and extremely poor customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Dila furniture and mattress

I am very happy that I gave Dila Furniture a second chance because thanks to Andrea they were able to redeem themselves and now have gained a loyal customer. Their furniture is very beautiful and extremely unique so my wife and I had no trouble picking out a bedroom set and mattress when we first went to Dila on Memorial Day. We were helped by Francisco who gave us a great deal and free delivery. The mattress was delivered the next day which was awesome because we had absolutely no furniture and were moving into our house that day and needed something to sleep on. However that is where our great experience slowly turned into a very frustrating one as we ended up waiting all summer for the majority of our bedroom set and all we got was a bunch of excuses from Francisco which eventually turned into not responding at all. We were extremely patient and understood that since COVID nothing has been the same. Long story short by the end of August we were about to ask for a full refund and take our business elsewhere so our full intention was to go into the store and let them know we were done giving them chances. That was when Andrea stepped up to the plate and reassured us she would do whatever it took to make sure we got our furniture ASAP and promised to stay in constant contact with us so we knew what was going on. True to her word she got back to us within a few days as promised with a delivery date for the rest of our bedroom set. About a day before the furniture was scheduled be delivered Andrea called us with some disappointing news which was that the bedroom set did not pass quality control and there was no word on when it would become available if ever. We were so upset and demanded our money back becuase at this point we were just done with the whole thing. Within a few minutes Andrea had the owner call us and he apologized for the bad experience and told us that he had fired the original sales guy we had becuz apparently he had dropped the ball on multiple customers orders and had many complaints. He told us that Andrea would now be taking over and he would take back the pieces of furniture that we already had and we could pick out a new bedroom set. We went down to the store and Andrea had already selected several bedroom sets she thought that we might like. We were extremely impressed that she seemed to know exactly what style we liked and she was very professional, kind, and genuinely wanted to make us happy customers. We actually found a bedroom set we loved much more than the first one we had bought and the owner allowed us to purchase that set for the same amount that the first one cost even though the new set was more expensive. We decided that we also wanted to purchase a dining room table and chairs but everything we wanted was a bit out of our price range. Andrea could see that we really fell in love with a particular set and she did everything possible to get us an amazing deal that we could afford. She even said she would put dining room set aside and allow us to pay for it when our bedroom set came in which was extremely helpful since we needed a few weeks to come up with the rest of the money. As promised our bedroom set came in on the date that she told us and she gave us free delivery for both the bedroom and dining room set. Everything was delivered just as she said it would be and we absolutely love all of our new furniture!! Andrea has followed up with us several times to ensure that we were satisfied with everything which we definitely are! Andrea deserves to be recognized for her hard work and great customer service skills because her efforts turned a negative experience into a very positive one. We fully intend to purchase more furniture from Dila as long as Andrea is our sales person because she actually understands the importance of good communication and keeping your word. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs have been met and it is never an easy task to be the person who has to fix someone else's mistakes but she lived up to the challenge!! I ordered furniture for 2 bedrooms in September. We're now in March and I have one bed, and half a bedroom set. They've been to my home to deliver multiple times and the furniture is either broken, missing pieces, or the wrong size matress! We've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for almost 7 months now! This has LITERALLY been a nightmare! The delivery guys were great but the furniture is trashed by the time they get it to you and the customer service is even worse! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

After going back & forth with Francisco over the phone, I drove an hour to get there last Sunday. Spent a few hours there with Francisco & Kenny & placed an order for a lot of items that totaled almost $12k. Even my credit card was charged for 50% only for them to call me the next day & tell me that my order needs to be cancelled because they were "Black-Listed" by the furniture company. It made absolutely no sense!! I ordered the items from another store & upon speaking to the manufacturer was informed that they didn't sell the furniture to Dila because they didn't want to pay for the items & hold $ for 60 days. Why charge the customer 50% upfront then?? I would never go back to this place & suggest that you stay away as well. WHAT A WASTE OF A SUNDAY!!

Benny has done an amazing job with providing excellent customer service throughout the whole process. He really is a courteous, patient and knowledgeable salesman. Delivery team did a great job, they perfectly installed furniture at my home. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

We had a great experience purchasing our queen bed set plus night stand and dresser. The dining set we purchased was amazing at first but the paint started wearing off just after a month. Dila store, is there anything I could do to fix this? We bought in june and these appeared next month after.
