I had a horrible experience at Elegant Threading Salon in Tracy. I went in to make sure they provided the service I was looking for, SINGLE Lash extensions, An employee stated her boss the business owner could provide the service I was looking for so I scheduled an appointment. I went a day b4 my appointment to make sure she could do Single lash extensions, Not the cluster lashes, she said yes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I came in the next day, well she charged for the Single lash service but put in cluster lashes instead. Buyer Beware.

Elegant salon was good however, we went last Friday took facial service and hair spa. I was disappointed because facial make my face very bad and swelled and with spa my scalp start etching, just after reach to home I did my head wash again because the products were expired which they are using now. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to for facial and for hair spa. We want our money back please.

Awesome facial. Sukhi always does a great job with facials, threading and waxing. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend Elegant Threading.

This is my go to place for both my threading and my facials for over 5 years now (probably longer.) My 16 year old daughter gets her eyebrows threaded and her upper lip waxed here as well. The ladies are always nice and I'm always happy with my results.

Do not come here if you want your brows done they did a terrible job on my brows I asked for a brow, tint and wax, and after the service it looked like nothing changed, but a few hairs gone The next day there was barely any tint. It was very unprofessional. Their products were very dirty and it feels like they care more about making money than the satisfaction of their clients.

last not an hour they burnt me multiple times after complaints and they didn’t even do anything about it I do not recommend coming here

I will not be back. I wanted to love this place. But unfortunately I did not. I read reviews, called tried to book an appointment with Aman. They informed me no bookings only walk ins. I went in and asked the lady for Aman... she just kind of smiled and told me to sit in the chair. I explained I wanted low arch shaping and to try henna. She asked me to lean back and started threading. I stopped her to explain what I was going for. Again smile and shook her head. My shape was off and eyebrows uneven. I had to have her attempt to adjust them. FAIL. She said henna would adjust it and cover imperfections. She started to mix the henna and I asked what color because it looked so dark. She said brown. I showed her the shades I had researched since this was my first time trying it... again the smile and now shrug. The color was dark brown... I asked for light and was clearly ignored... and it did not fix an shape issue. Im not sure if it was the owner who intervened once I was clearky unhappy but she tried to say it was my hair. I would just need pencil to fix a few areas of error.. I have had my eyebrows done for years. Never had an issue. I was hoping this was my new spot. Its not! I'd say for people to look elsewhere. Especially if you want to be offered options or be heard on what you prefer.

Horrible service I paid almost 200$ for eyelash extensions and a day after my eyelashes fell off the next day went back to them and the same thing happened 3rd time I went for my refund and she did not give me back my money saying has kids I have kids too and that does not mean anything regarding this situation horrible service!!!

Worst threading I have ever received!!! The lady was really harsh and ripped my skin multiple times!!! I have gotten my face and eyebrows threaded multiple times and I have never felt this much pain!!! My eyebrows and face are burning!!! I will never go back here!!! The service was horrible!!! I am so upset!!!
