I have been helped numerous times by Diana & Chasity. Both always go out of their way to help their customers and were able to assist me with some returns I had with smiles on their faces. Amazing customer service!

Online hours don't reflect store hours and they could care less. Sunday hours say close at 7. Got there at 6:04 and doors are locked. Someone at the counter just stares at you and won't come to the door. Even if you can't assist me with my exchange at least let me inform you your hours don't match online.

I placed an order online and it said it was ready. When I got there, the lady said she just clocked out to lunch and I couldn't pick up my order. I needed the order for an event happening within an hour. Nowhere on the hours of operation does it say that they're CLOSED for lunch. When I called, it continued to ring. I called about four times. One time, someone picked up and hung up the phone right way. I'm trying to cancel the order, but it's impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Drove all the way over here only for them to be closed at 10am. Waited 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up! What a waste of time.

Rebecca store manager not helpful at all. I told her the shoes were $99 and they rang up $109 Instead of Verifying the price. Rebecca pushed the sale through. I had to walk over to verify the price and now I have to wait for a credit. She would rather look at her cell phone then go out of her way to verify a price for her customer. I've been here several times and this is the worst service I've ever had. As a manager her customer service skills are lacking as a role model for her employees. Do better Rebecca

Showed up at 11:15 on a Saturday when they are suppose to open at 10 and doors were locked. I even saw a worker stroll in and go inside right before me but she locked the doors behind her. WTH?!

Review solely based on the unprofessionalism of the establishment. How can you go days without a working phone and be ok with that? I called numerous times for days and it would ring then I'd hear silence and they'd hang up. After a few days of this I finally went in and asked why they would answer and hang up. Their response was our phone doesnt work. We can hear people but they can't hear us. If thats the case buy a new phone. Seems to me thats an easy fix. How can you knowingly do that for days? Super strange.

Wow, ordered 400$ worth of shoes online. My wife's and my youngest daughters shoes were a bit too small, no problem go to return them in store, right? Wrong. Lady took the return of my wife's ok, refused to take my daughter's shoes back because "they were worn". Yes, she's right they were worn, once. Even with the receipt she refused, no problem, left and drove to the Vans outlet to get my wife and daughter shoes that fit, and will use the online system for the other return. Never again famous, and beware of their return policy.
