I usually dread visits to FedEx and other shipping stores. Surprisingly, my visit to this location was very pleasant. I had an issue with my return where my shipping label was unreadable but they happily reprinted it for me. Thanks to the kind employees, they are a credit to the Tracy community!

FedEx employees are very rude. I've sent packages over there and have send drivers to drop off as well and they always try to deny the packages even if the packages have all the correct information LIKE ALWAYS they still try to find an excuse to see what is in the package. Last time I checked its just a drop off package with labels and paper work. Why are they doing too much all i ask if for a receipt, but no they say that all the paperwork is wrong and apparently we do not know how to send a package. Its mostly the afternoon employees that act like they run the place

Disgusting!!! They have to much going on ..or simply lazy.. expect delays never on time always late..Soo disappointed with FedEx! Tracy is notorious for this Iook yourself .

I have zero trust in this store, I sent a phone to Samsung for trade-in and the phone was stolen in shipment or Store, Samsung received the empty box, I took the video while packing the phone and Samsung has shared pictures for the box opening definitely any employee has tempered the shipment. it was an expensive phone Fold4 like a new Condition 1000$ value. I have the worst experience with FedEx. they don't mention package weight on a receipt which should be mandatory so we can track where it got stolen store or in shipping.. also employee has asked me what's in the box I shared with her it is a phone, maybe they are connected to who stolen the phone. my advice is better to go with UPS or USPS at least, to steal trusted services. now I have to go will all the hassle log the police complain, blacklist the phone and deal the Samsung for my trade-in cost.

I used self- service to made 2 copies that's supposed to cost $.43 cents and using apple pay to pay for it. Went home and looked at the transaction, they had charged me $10 even though I had only made 2 copies for.43. I immediately called my bank, but I had to wait until the transaction had been posted before I could dispute it. What a scam.

If you want copies printed from an original, do not use the self service machines here. The staff does not refill the color ink unless the machine presents the prompt "low ink", even when asked by the customer. Instead the staff believes pages with fading color, or missing color is acceptable and worth the incredibly high print per page cost. All 3 copy machines were printing low quality, skipped lines, missed color patches and the copies I was trying to make. Raj, one of the staff, rudely suggested the half printed pages were acceptable and if I didn't have a digital original, this quality should be expected. Livermore and Stockton locations offer far better customer service. Don't waste your time.

First, I don't want to point out a specific individual and complain when I evaluate a business site! But the Indian female employee who works at this branch will agree with me and others how unpleasant her behavior is and how unable to work things out! I'll turn to UPS because of her, ignoring Fedex's good hatches and services! Of the numerous visits, not a single one was smoothly served and I always left the branch in a bad mood! Of course, it's different when there's a male employee... Anyway, the person in charge of reading this article should come up with measures as soon as possible

This is a review of the store on Grant line, not the shipping warehouse….which is terrible.This is a small store with fewer services than larger locations but I’ve always had great customer service here, I’m in and out quickly, and it’s close by; time and money saved. Pleasant experience.I wish they hadn’t reduced their hours.I can’t do what I need to during the limited times they’re open, so have to travel further and pay more to do the same business elsewhere where the lines are longer, turnaround time is longer, and customer service and quality aren’t as good.

Hilarious how they covered their behinds.! My review is not actually for this FedEx Center as they told me they do not handle the trucks and drivers that deliver packages, but the Ground Service on Hood doesn't pay attention to reviews. For many years Fed Ex's main excuse is Incorrect Address. Tracking shows them day after day allegedly attempting delivery to this incorrect address.Instead of using Google maps to show them where the house is, the drivers just slack off. Finally the tracking website informed me to contact the seller, which I did. Then I actually received my package. It had a new label which read "address correction". The address was the same but my name was spelled incorrectly. I suspect they had to change something to cover their stupidity/laziness. GEEZ!
