If I could give 6 stars, I would! USE FEDEX, they are incredible! Their transparency with status updates is commendable, ensuring your packages are in safe hands. My package is at this location and its been 2 days and still no update has yet to move from this location and im literally an hour away from here. And the other fedex sites processed my package in hours

I guess we can call this place a Resort for packages to sit here for days and unwind from a long trip, been waiting for two days to see any updates on my two packages shipped from Florida that ended up here in this black hole where packages disappear, and so far no updates online. Why bother to tell me packages are being delivered on a specific day when it doesn’t happen and days go by and no updates online. Nobody is able to help you or I should say nobody cares to help. I’m still waiting as of right now and no updates online. Watch and they lose the packages or I should say steal them and dispose of any evidence. Avoid fedex ground at all cost

I really don’t get the point of this place. I personally don’t use FedEx but unfortunately things I order online sometimes uses their services and I hate it because it’s ALWAYS something with FedEx and missing packages or the customer service sucks.

I had Trailer Drop on 25th of December. I dropped the Trailer on the same day 6 pm. I had to wait till 26th of December 6am to get my paperwork signed. Lady came to office. I said " Hi " she did not answer back. That's is fine for me . when I asked her to put time on the paper she was mad . It is not a big deal to write arrival time. She should be polite with people or find another job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE FEDEX ANYMORE!! They are openly trying to lie about your status updates and it seems it’s all to steal packages! I wish my family read the reviews here from the previous year! This company is going to be facing a huge legal backlash and police investigation in their near future!

The Worst!!! Lazy drivers don't want to deliver packages so they mark the as business closed when it is clearly open. After 3 plus days of waiting for the package they send you a notification that you have to go to a pick location. Really??? And don't try to speak with a rep on the phone. The wait is over an hour and the wait music is horrible. If I could I would give them no stars.After an hour and half wait to speak with someone I hang up.

Worst delivery company ever. If you love not getting packages or waiting weeks passed the intended delivery date for them to finally show up this is the company for you! Customer service is garbage also. If you are a company/shipper please choose another company. Also I'm not on here complaining because this happened one time. It happen every single time. It's time to boycott this crap company.

First I had shades being delivered via fedex that arrived at the Tracy warehouse. I was scheduled to get it the next day and planned for installation.The next day fedex ships my package to Sparks, Nevada for whatever reason. Then I have to wait several more days for them to get it right and have it circle back to California.Now I have a package that was shipped from SoCal and landed in Tracy, and again I was supposed to get the package the next day. Now my package is making its way around the world from Texas, to New Mexico, what's going on???
